Ticketmaster has merged with Live Nation to monopolize every part of live music. Unfortunately this means more expensive tickets and less money for artists. The seats I originally picked out for a 730pm show at Little Caesars arena came back with an error once I put in all my card info to buy them. It sent me back to pick different seats and so I did and after purchasing and downloading the tickets they sold me 3pm show tickets when I know I selected for 7:30pm.The call center was completely unhelpful and I could barely understand them too.Ticketmaster is a garbage company.

We paid $125 per ticket, total $533 including insuranceOur seats are 2nd from the all the way back , cramped narrow seat.They charged double the price and charged $100 for internet delivery.Please do not use this company.It was very confusing for non familiar computer user.

Do not try the resale option for tickets you have purchased. It's a scam. They say relisted but are not visible to the public anywhere! No chat or email options. Ask for social security number . I'm sure my identity will be stolen soon.

Horrible experience attempting to wait in the que for Taylor Swift, Pittsburgh show. The clock scrolled, when you filter on 3 seats, the finding seats locator just glitched/flashed... repeatedly.As you're waiting to select seats, same thing. Found seats, the presale code randomly worked and didn't work. Clock circling as you wait for next option.When looking in the 'seats' available filter... it wouldn't disclose seats. obviously if sold out or unavailable, but i specifically was looking in available seats..Finally, after all this baloney, I chose my seats, clicked on payment, clicked...No for insurance...*Purchase tickets (the previous credit card was already installed) the processing tickets transaction.. while the clock to was counting down. Circle and circled. Guess what, clock expired, transaction cancelledHad to jump back in que, start all over again.What an absolute joke this system is with a surge, sale, presale, general public debacle to navigate.Makes the concert experience unappealing.Do better. Nothing but Horrible, start to finish.

If there was a way to get zero stars, I would definitely be doing that. This is one of the worst ran business out there, freely telling peoples money and making it out like it is the customers problem when in fact it is terrible policies and disregard for sales support that lead to the issues. I am 100% done with Ticketmaster and will never again attend any event that exclusively sells their tickets through this organization.

One of the worst experiences of my life. In November, I selected 2 floor seats to see Garth Brooks. Fast forward to this weekend, my husband and I are ushered to the double balcony in the corner of the venue, the worst seats in the venue. Again, I selected floor seats. Unbeknownst to me, the tickets were unavailable after I selected them and Ticketmaster switched my tickets out. I paid for tickets I never selected! Now Ticketmaster will not refund my money. Completely unethical and they devastated my family!

We signed in as soon as we knew the tickets we wanted were going to be sold. We tried to buy them but for whatever reason the site was slow. However that didn't stop sites like StubHub from getting theirs. Now if I want tickets I have to pay an extremely high price. so thank Ticketmaster firing sellimg all the tickets to your competition!

I ordered tickets 3 times all refunded no warning or reason. Use vivid seats save yourself the headache ((they have buyer's guarantee)) and insurance money.
