I had the pleasure of working with Kiren at Tiffany & Co, and the experience was outstanding. She was incredibly informative, taking the time to explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions with patience and honesty. Her knowledge and professionalism made the process smooth, while her warm and genuine personality made it enjoyable. Kiren went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident in my choice, and her helpful guidance truly stood out. The level of service she provided was absolutely awesome — a true reflection of Tiffany’s commitment to excellence!

my sales associate was great, but Tiffany DOES NOT stand behind their product. Spent almost $15k on a ring and got a bill for $500 to fix it when it broke after only a few years.

My husband purchased the large Tiffany tote bag for me Christmas 2024, on the corners my bag the leather started to peel in Feb.2025, me being busy with work I did not reach out to Tiffany until June 2025 , we kind of went back and forth about them repairing my bag with no cost to me because it is fairly new ,they finally agreed to repair this one time as a courtesy, I received it back the end of July, It is starting to peel again same spots, I dont feel like I should have to pay for repair on a bag that is less than one year old, I dont know of any leather that peels, the bag is Tiffany Blue so it is very noticeable , It will cost me 400.00 to send it back to them , I really like the bag I will not send it back for repair ,it seems like this will be an every 3 month fix, I will not purchase another 2,500.00 bag from them, the customer was just ok they really didnt know any thing about the bags that they carry, Troy Mi. store not very friendly at all, tiffany do some customer service support training please, things are to expensive to get such shitty support

I’ve shopped at a lot of Tiffany locations and this one is by far some of the rudest staff. On more than one occasion, I’ve been ignored or ushered out.
A few weeks ago I visited the Oakbrook store while traveling to make a purchase. They unfortunately didn’t have my size available so instead the associate helped me place an order to be picked up at the Troy store which is closer to my home. When I showed up to pick it up, a woman stopped me a few feet inside the door to ask what I needed. I explained that I was picking up an item and she immediately responded with “we don’t have an order for you”. She never looked nothing up or even asked another person. She just stood between me and the rest of the store, basically blocking my entrance. I walked back outside and called the Oakbrook store who was so nice and apologetic. It took them reaching out to the Troy store manager to get anyone to help me pick up an item I had already paid for.
This poor service happens every time I visit Troy. At this point I’d rather just order online than deal with condescending sales associates.

This is a copy of an email I sent to the customer support team at Tiffany & Co and never receiving a response regarding a purchase I made for my wife. I initially received an automated response stating that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up.
Since then, I have made additional attempts to reach out, but I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and support, especially given the reputation of Tiffany & Co. for exceptional customer service we had no choice but to return the item. This was very disappointing because we have made many purchases from this location over the past 25 years. I do not recommend purchasing from this location and unfortunately, I can not recommend Tiffany any longer because of their poor customer service.
I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience with one of your sales associates, which unfortunately led to the complete derailment of a very special occasion—our anniversary.
On May 15th, 2025, I visited your Michigan location, in Somerset mall and was met by K---n. She asked how she could help and I told her I was looking for a gift for my wife. During the conversation she asked what the gift was for and I told her it was for our 30th wedding anniversary. She congratulated me and continued to show me different options of necklaces. After I made the decision on which one to purchase, we sat down to finish the transaction. K---n was not able to find my customer information with my phone number, which seemed odd, because I have purchased numerous items from that location over the past 20+ years. She asked for my wife's information to see if she could find our account. Our information did show up under my wife's phone number.
During the transaction I was clear and specific with my request to K---n to not send any follow up from this purchase to any email or text, because I didn't want my wife to find out about her surprise. I emphasized the importance of this request, as it was meant to be a surprise for my wife and a central part of our celebration.
Regrettably, not only was the request not fulfilled as promised, K---n sent a follow up text to my wife's cell number on Wednesday, May 21st, 6 days before our 30th wedding anniversary. As a result, the surprise was ruined, and what could have been a joyful and memorable day turned into one of disappointment and frustration.
I believe this situation reflects a serious lapse in customer service and accountability. I trusted your brand to deliver on a simple but meaningful request, and that trust was broken.
I would appreciate a prompt response explaining how this occurred, what steps will be taken to ensure it does not happen again.

Well worth the trip to see the pieces in person. Very helpful staff helped us recover some very old gift cards from back in the 2012 time frame.
Relaxing atmosphere and no pressure sales staff. Plan to pay a lot for the Tiffani name!

Came in today to purchase a gift and had plans to get some of my items cleaned but apparently there's a charge for cleaning now? I remember going in not too long ago and cleaning was complimentary. I mean for the price and house hold name, I would've expected T&Co to be less stingy. But this isn't the employees fault. Went in to purchase a gift with my partner. The SA (Marogi) that assisted us was amazing. She had so much patience towards us. Showed us multiple pieces and gave us time to think the items through. We were looking for yellow gold pieces and were back and forth, debating on what to get but we never felt rushed.
Before going in, we did check online for some pieces that were shown available in store, but turns out, it was not. Kind of wished items availability were updated more consistently online. Luckily we were still able to find a piece that we liked and left with the Olive Leaf Pendant in Yg.
T&Co is my version of Disney world, always fun and exciting to browse around. A+ when it comes to service and packaging.

I am extremely disappointed with this location. I have shopped at this location numerous times over the years. My mom and I stopped by yesterday and the associates were so dismissive and rude to us. I was extremely uncomfortable and I have never been treated this way in other stores. No one would help us. I will never shop at this location again and will only shop where I am valued. I would never recommend this location.

Went in today to purchase a complimentary piece to a ring a purchase a few months ago. Sales staff couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge me or offer assistance. Incredibly disappointing customer service; I’ve never received service like this at another Tiffany’s store!
