A year and a half ago, my husband proposed with a beautiful ring which was over $25k. Fast forward to today. The diamond fell out despite an alleged lifetime warranty on the ring. I work at a desk job and can’t think of any reason why the prongs wouldn’t stay after less than 2 years. To add salt to this all, Tiffany’s is asking for $875 to fix it! This is after speaking to two sales representatives and being a loyal customer. While I have received great service previously, I am very frustrated and disappointed in the store and their service. I would not recommend buying from Tiffany’s.

**UPDATE**Nick reached out to my fiancé, apologized about the inconvenience we experienced, and had my diamonds remounted on the ring I originally wanted. Unfortunately we still did have to shell out $500 extra but he did say normally it would be $1000 to remount so we did get some accommodation there. I had a WAY better experience with Nick and Shin-Yi. Maybe we will come back for our wedding bands after all!! Thank you Nick and Shin-Yi.After mine and my fiancé’s experience here, I’m not sure we will even come back to get our wedding bands here. My fiancé came in to go ring shopping for me. He had an exact picture of what I wanted and showed this sales lady, Kristen Dailey. According to him, she shows him a few rings (out of his price range) and a ring that he thought was the exact one I wanted. This lady duped him into buying the wrong ring without even telling him it was a different ring. A discontinued ring, at that. He knew I wanted that EXACT ring in the picture, and trusted Kristen. When he proposed, I instantly knew it was not the one I wanted. I did not want to hurt his feelings and thought okay, maybe once it’s sized to my finger I will like it. Boy was I wrong. This same lady, Kristen, also did not disclose that once a ring is resized it CANNOT be returned. Because once I got my ring, and it was resized and I wore it a few times, I decided it was not for me. So we attempted to exchange the ring, and this is what we were told, NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ON RESIZED RINGS. All she did, was try to upsell us and try to get us to spend MORE money to upgrade the ring. I don’t think so lady, I already don’t like what you picked out for my fiancé, and you duped him into buying a discontinued ring that was not the one we wanted. My fiancé is also a veteran, and she did not ask him if he was one, he could have had a 10% discount. She “attempted” to get the discount applied after the fact only to be told he signed a contract and it cannot be applied. I also want to add that my ring did not come with a certificate, as most diamond rings do. ESPECIALLY TIFFANY. So that is suspicious. All I have to show for it is a receipt, which I can’t even use to return it anyway. Anyway, I’m pretty sure this is the last time we will be doing business with this place. I’m now stuck with an engagement ring that I do not like for eternity because of KRISTEN. BEWARE OF KRISTEN. SHE WILL DUPE YOU. Do NOT go to her for help. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would expect more from a luxury brand like Tiffany. Highly dissatisfied.

So I’ve been a Tiffany’s customer for over 20 years warming my mothers, sisters, and wife’s hearts with those pretty little blue boxes and never had one bad experience doing so thus the consistency and duration I’ve been a loyal Tiffany’s customer for so long… So yesterday the wife and I go in to get some more practical/casual bands to avoid having to wear our wedding rings out all the time or at work. Upon entering the store we were greeted by a sales rep named Chacara who was extremely professional and helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t have the ring my wife picked out for me in stock anymore so after exploring my minimal options we finally came to one that we liked. We purchased both rings (different styles both silver) and went on about our night happy and satisfied with both the customer service and product itself. That was until I woke up with a green finger! Like I said I’ve been shopping with this company for 20+ years and never had a issue so of course I was shocked and disappointed assuming the quality and integrity of the product being Tiffany’s would be held to a higher standard. Needless to say we were super disappointed seeing as I haven’t had my finger turn green since I was a child buying a copper rings at cedar point and well this is supposed to be the best jewelry store in the US? Haven’t spoke with anyone at Tiffany’s in regard to the issue yet so how they respond to the conflict will determine who my future jeweler will be! ??

On the small side, but other than that, has everything you would expect of a Tiffany's. Beautiful jewelry, attentive service, reasonable prices for the quality & design.

Ordered an item for a surprise birthday present and they shipped me a clearly used item. So much for being a high end jewelry place. Their employees dress like bums and act like they work at Walmart. Zales is a better place to shop than here. That's really not saying much.... Maybe they need to rename themselves Tiffany rentacenter since their customers wear the jewelry, return it and then they resell it to unsuspecting customers who want to keep it...

First time getting a Tiffany piece I wanted it engraved because of me living 2 hours away I called to make sure engraving machine was running and i could get the simple engraving the same day as purchase when entering the store a man with dark hair and older woman with blonde kinda of went back and forth to who would service me the lady ended up servicing me i was choosing between 2 pieces and they only had the one she told me that they only do engraving if it was sent out meanwhile the engraving machine is dead center of store i informed her that i called today and they said it was working and only the hand writing engraving had to be sent out from what i was told from customer service then she changed it to she would have to find someone who knows how to work it???? Okay then middle of servicing me she had another co worker help me for her to end up telling them to engrave the wrong piece and didn’t notice until the price was 300$ more then expected it wasn’t even a piece I tried on they didn’t pay attention to any detail kept then the ending result i got a chain didn’t try it on because i felt like a inconvenience when i told them that isn’t what i wanted or even tried on so i just got the one i originally was supposed to didn’t try it on and ended up spending 850$ on a too little necklace with a horrible experience

My daughter's 21st birthday was no exception to the rule and Sally helped us pull out the stops to celebrate it. From the champagne to the conversation every single element of our experience was superior. Tiffany's never disappoints but today they treated us like family..

Took Tiffany earring in for repair, waited three weeks to get it back. Little did I know it was sent to NY! Got it back, repair didn't even match the other earring. Customer service is lacking terribly and for their prices you'd think they could get a simple repair done correctly. The workmanship doesn't live up to the name, that's for certain.

I love the customer service here so much for a special gift I got for Christmas. It was for my children's father who recently died in a catastrophic way, suddenly, and out of nowhere. Also, a tribute to our twin daughters Ella, and Eva; and my new son who had brought me the joy of life after death Emery John. I am so pleased with the necklace, as well as my twins who always are touching, and playing with it. I love the affordable price they have on other options of necklaces if you can't afford a 500$ plus one.

My wife recently lost her mother and has had a very hard time this holiday season. I wanted to get her something that would help to brighten her spirit and give her a lasting reminder of her mother. Isabella was my sales consultant and recommended the X Closed interlocking necklace from the Atlas collection. She said the interlocking represents the bond shared between two people. Perfect! The challenge was that they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock. We placed an order for next day delivery, unfortunately the weather disrupted the delivery time. It wasn’t going to arrive until after Christmas. We decided to get a different gold color that she had in stock so my wife could have it for Christmas. Not stopping there, Isabella delivered it to me personally on Christmas Eve at a party I was attending at 6:00 at night. I must say that this is the best experience and service I have ever received. Thank you so much Isabella! I couldn’t wait for Christmas morning and gave it to her when we got home. She was ecstatic and truly embraced the symbolism of the necklace. Your extra effort made all of difference in making a rather difficult holiday special! Thank you so much!
