They gave me this for Christmas and they forgot to remove the safety lock. I went to the store and they refused to remove it unless I had the receipt. Obviously I didn't have it because it was a gift!!

Horrible, mismanaged, unorganized store full of broken, stained junk. And don't even bother attempting to get them to unlock anything because they won't. They'll just stare at you blankly.

I purchased a item and forgot the to get the bag from cashier. When I arrived home, I immediately noticed and called the store. I spoke to Chynese, the cashier on duty and told her I left my vase and asked if she could please put it aside for me to return later that evening. She said that she would set MY vase aside with my name on the bag. I drove back to the store, an hour away from home. To find out that my already purchased item, had just been sold and they didn’t have another one available to replace the item. So so TEED off. 😤😤😤😡All the manager can tell me is to go back home an hour away. To get my receipt and she can refund my money. I don’t want my money, I want my vase. The one I purchased and if not I should’ve be able to get something from the store for equal value if not under Thirty dollars. For my item that their employees sold and for my inconvenience. The item I wanted was twelve dollars but still, I was denied that, so I will be returning $1200 worth of merchandise tomorrow morning with love. Due to their wonderful management with great customer service you deserve it all.

Mom, aunt, and I went for the first time and it was cool. It has nice things for a house we needed for reasonable prices.

This Tj Max is great other than there is an African American lady with a pink headband on, yelling at her coworkers in front of customers which is super unprofessional. I also was about to use the wrong door to enter and she yelled at me “WRONG DOOR” based on the tone of her voice I thought she was a customer only to find out that she surprisingly works there. I am embarrassed for her.
