Service was awful. I asked 3 employees for a door wall seal. Each one looked at me like I had a 3rd eye. Each time I was told to go speak with another department. The employee I encountered, when I said to him, “Can I ask you a question ?” His response was, “yea” like I was bothering him. He then proceeded to tell me that what I was asking for could not possibly be what I needed. I told him I found it online and he asked if it said it was in stock. I told him it didn’t say but I wanted to take a chance that it was or something like it. He was rude and told me that if it didn’t say it was in stock online then they didn’t have it. Unfortunately this has happened nearly every time I am in this store. As a single mother of 2 girls it make me sad that your employees don’t feel like women can fix things.

I had a rough experience at the Madison Heights location on 6-4-21. I paid for fencing and rented a truck, waited an hour for it to be loaded just for them to tell me “sorry, we don’t have that fence”. I called Troy and spoke with Jim, the manager. He went out of his way to check on fencing inventory for me and they didn’t have what I needed either. He price matched fencing for me and covered my rental! I had a great experience with the employees at the Troy location as well and I will go out of my way to come here from now on. Thank you all so much Troy Home Depot!

We placed orders for new doors in October, and they took about 6 weeks to come in. We were overcharged for the installation fee. Less than one week after being installed, the glass shattered for no reason. It was not tampered with, nothing thrown threw it, etc. Our Ring was checked. This was December 17. It wasn’t until the first week of January that we were told a new piece of glass would be ordered January 27, and we were responsible for paying for it. The new glass did not

Don't ever have this place install anything. Getting a roller shade installed has been a nightmare. Nobody in the store ever does what they say they will do. Worst experience I've ever had with a company. I'd be absolutely embarrassed if that was me. HORRIBLE

Shame on Home Depot on Coolidge Highway in Troy!! I walked in today. [5/15/20] and was shocked to see many customers NOT wearing masks! I asked an employee what their customer policy was regarding this and he stated they “request” customers wear a mask but don’t require it... All employees were wearing masks. Usually I have nothing but good things to say about this store, it’s clean and their service is excellent. I’m sure this is corporate policy but come on!! You’re putting dollar sales ahead of safety!

Just went to the Home Depot in Troy Michigan to purchase a chainsaw. Went in got it, got all my oil, headed to self checkout. Chatted with a nice lady while I was checking out and proceeded out the door. No Home Depot bag around a chainsaw as you might imagine. This place has equipment that is red tagged on the shelf and somemore that should be. They offered free rent but the time it took to go back and return it was inconvenient and was a loss of money to me. Time is money.

The staff & selection were fine. The dogs walking around with their owners was a bit much for me. And these weren't leader dogs or service animals, these are individual personal pets. I understand that petco isn't far within the strip but you still have customers that have allergies and those with fears that you have to consider.

@HomeDepot I am extremely disappointed in your company and the lack of professionalism. Wasted my whole morning and afternoon dealing with you people. Cancelling my credit card and going to @Lowes No one can give me a direct straight answer. The WORST customer service EVER!!
