We did the ropes course with 4 adults and 2 kids (age 10 and 13) and had a great time! The course has varying levels from intermediate to advanced and was enjoyed by all. The owner was our guide and ensured we were safe and had a great time. I highly recommend this for adventurous groups.

Been going to this place for years. The staff is super nice, the open gyms are super fun, and being on a team is the best!! My only downside is that at open gyms there tends to be a lot of babys that are very clueless. It can get crowded with toddlers.

Horrible experience with the staff members. One person tells one instruction and other person has different rules.Heather in the team was very rude, In the month of February, when I asked the Troy swim team that since my daughter would be going to school age 3 and what are steps, they told me that she is on waitlist and we will give you a call when we have space, but meanwhile since you have paid in advance continue coming for month of Feb , I was assuming that they will not charge me now until they have opening. But to my surprise they charged me again for March when I reached back asking for. A refund of money they said we will look into and refund your money. When I again asked for opening in the school age 3 that said they have opening I asked for credit, the lady was very rude , and told me that I will not receive any credit, despite the fact that I didn’t use there services. For the whole month of March, I asked details of her manager and she said she said her is the boss and absolutely nothing will happen to my request.I asked her whom do you report to she said above her there is owner.I kept saying her why don’t you listen to me, she kept disrespecting and kept on speaking.I don’t plan to send my child ever to a place where I feel cheated and place doesn’t respect clients.felt pity for the owner that he has such employees who are willing to cheat and not look in the bigger picture.

Went for my nephews birthday party and upon arrival believed we had the entire gym (as per the website and what my sister was told when booking). Unfortunately that was not the case as there was a meet (that we had no idea about) in the corner and we were to not go on any equipment near by or to disrupt the meet. Don't know about you but kind of hard to keep 20 kids quiet DURING A BIRTHDAY PARTY while a meet is going on. Very poor planning on the gyms part. Not only that, but they were to not use the rings, bars, beams, or even do the full ropes course or zipline. So that left them with a bounce house (extra$$) a small area on the floor, a foam pit with trampoline, and half the ropes course. The "coaches" were no where on the floor (you know, for safety?) Unless they were telling you to not go on things, then disappeared, so the adults had to be down on the floor the entire time. They only helped out in the ropes course. The entire gym felt like a sauna and the foam pit smelt horrible. Also the times for the party are way too short. 2 hours total for play, food, cake and presents?? Don't bother going here for your kids birthday, it is NOT worth your money.

We LOVE Troy Gymnastics. Open gym, swimming, gymnastics classes, ninja classes, munchkin ropes course, school holiday camps... We do it all! Great place, always clean, family run. Would also add that it is by far the most frequently recommended place to go to in all of the local parent groups on social media, which says it all.(Pic of my 18 mo LOVING open gym)

Nice place to start with for my kids who are interested in gymnastic, friendly staff, but wait time is long, specially for girls.

2021-05-08. IRC@TG3. Troy, MI. Over the years, Troy Gymnastics has expanded. Troy Gymnastics has several facilities, but all are in the Troy area and are close to each other. This location, Troy Gymnastics 3 is right next to Troy Gymnastics 4, their swim school. In addition to being a full Gymnastic facility, Troy Gym 3 also has an Indoor Ropes Course. Ropes Courses have been the fastest expanding business in the last few years and is continuing to gain traction especially with the younger kids. It's a great way to get in some physical activity and social distance at the same time so it's COVID friendly. Like most other active indoor center a waiver needs to be signed, and for this indoor ropes course, participants need to have a reach of 54 inches, so kids as young as 8 can participate (average height of girls at age 8 is about 47 inches). If you have even younger ones, they can participate in the Munchkins Ropes Course at TG4. Their website states that the IRC@TC3 is open on Saturday's only from 16:00 - 20:00, but this may be COVID hours. Bookings can only be made via online reservation. Email communication is very good, and we received a response within one business day despite the site stating that responses are 1-3 business days. Bookings for the IRC need to be made 2-7 days in advance. Pricing and times vary. In a nutshell, weekday climbs are $12/hour and weekend climbs are $15/hour. The facility is 42,000 sq. ft. and there is an area upstairs overlooking the gym floor for parents and guardians as well as lockers and restrooms. There is no food or drink available for purchase. Tip: Sometimes there are deals on Groupon, but those deals come with restrictions. Read the fine print carefully before purchasing. When we reached out to them online we asked for a deal rather than going through Groupon and they accommodated provided we had a minimum party of 4. While we already had four, it was a good deal so told some friends. In the end it was a win-win for all. We got a deal on the price, and business for them went from 4 to 15! Since it was indoor, and a ropes course can get most to work up quite a sweat, I recommend you dress in something comfortable and light. Avoid loose and baggy clothing and make sure your wear a comfortable pair of shoes (tennis or cross training shoes). Also bring a water bottle and make sure it's full, you'll need it afterwards! No experience is needed and it's 100% safe. Before you venture out onto the course, they train you on how to safely navigate the double locking harnesses on a miniature build. There are also several checkpoints throughout the course where you can respectfully end, start, or resume your journey should you need a break. But if you can complete the entire course in one fell swoop, you'll earn bragging rights and will get the opportunity to leave your mark on the miniature training build for all others to see. We were lucky today, the Gymnastics floor was closed so we had the entire place pretty much to ourselves and I was able to get some nice pics and videos of the kids. Overall, it was a great experience. We've done TreeRunner Adventure Park last year at OU, which was an outdoor ropes course, and this was our first indoor one. It was much warmer being inside, but just as exhausting. They did have a zip line, but it wasn't really a zip line. The line travels from A to B, but then you kind of swing back and forth like a pendulum and eventually end up resting in the middle of the line. Still a great activity and fun for all. If you've never been, I recommend you try this at least once. 4 stars. Almost forgot, masks are required at all times. And in case you're wondering, only 5 of the 15 got to leave with bragging rights. If you would like to experience more, come dine-with-me.yelp.com I'd love to have your company... Play safe!

Man we have been taking our some here for a long time and ever since the fire at TG1 this place has been super packed with kids and parents. It wouldn't be an issue but the parking lot doesn't support the influx of parents dropping off and picking up their kids. When they open the business again next door or border off the parking stops for good it is going to make things tough.
