They were able to keep cool and still help customers while some rage monster in camo shorts is crying over a trailer reservation. I was only able to catch one of the workers names. Truck: clean, perfectly maintained, full tanks at pickup
Service: kind, quick process, walk-through of the truck functions as well as practicalities of driving and refilling fuel, etc.
Jim and team know their business and do it well.
Return process: easy and quick; after hours key drop-off. (There is an open part of the yard to store your car while using the truck)

“Mike the fuel attendant guy there is awesome there's a couple other guys there that are okay also turn to get any work done on your truck though that went a timely manner or anything really done seems like it's like pulling teeth but as far as the fuel attendant guy goes he deserves a raise that should be highly discussed with rider because he deserves it more than anybody else there”
