I had a great experience at Ulta thanks to one of the associate name OLEKSANDRA who helped me! She was super kind, patient, and really knew her stuff. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s always nice to get help from someone who genuinely wants you to leave happy. Thank you for the amazing service!

Cheyenne was AMAZING - spent way too much time trying to find a perfume for myself and she spent like 20 minutes helping me. !! Needs a raise give her the whole store

I was looking for a certain eye liner, purple,I forgot to bring my old one with me. I was Greeted by Carmela, she was so helpful, I wanted a retractable product, Cam went thru the whole store trying to find the one I wanted, with a smile through the whole time we searched, unfortunately we were unable to find it, possibly they didn’t sell it anymore, Cam went above and beyond her duties to help me, she is a asset to Ulta THANK YOU CAMILA FOR YOUR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE KAREN D
