I got some pants on a saturday the girl told me I could bring it back within 10 days have my receipt. I come back NEXT day different worker and she like no exchange onlyI read the receipt it said no return/exchange after the 10 daysThey got a sign in store that say no cash refund. Nothing about no refunds as a whole. Also when I made the purchase the worker never once said anything was final saleNever shopping again and telling everyone not to as well because their hard earn money will be wasted if they get home and isn’t satisfied

I don't know how someone in retail yet someone in customer a clothing store an Employee could be soooooo Rude and uncaring This store I never been in till today and I would nevvvvver go back 1 sales person and she act like she was at home instead of at work I mean just nothing said at all mind you no one was in the store when I entered then two ladies came in and baby they gave her the business one lady was dam she can't even speak to you when you enter the store and I know she heard her as she twisted her hair and just stared behind the counter anyway I left out and I will not be back so disrespectful and horrible as hard as it is right now with inflation and everything going on really very dissatisfied period and that's my Review if I could give a zero I would

To start off, when I worked at Oakland Mall I would always walk by and I loved the looks that were on display. Came in for a birthday outfit last week and was in love with a colorful, sheer, ruffled robe.Why I give it 2 stars? The two girls working were sitting at the counter having a clearly non-work related conversation. They stopped talking when I came in, glanced at me up and down, giggling, then went back to talking about whatever. No greeting.As I walked around the store I was debating buying a few jackets and the robe but as I was walking around the store I kept getting stared at without help offered. I walked out empty handed.
