Went here and I'm leaving this review specifically on the electronics area. The place seemed to struggle with stock and there was a single iPod with a broken charger and a single iPad. Overall store was typical. Animal crossing theme played over stereo now and then. No music heard anywhere else.

I don't come here often; maybe once a year if that but please put someone at the exit that can speak decent English; or if they speak English make sure they have common sense. Most of the helpers in the store are very helpful

Mohan, Rosetta and Charlie are the best. They showed me where he get items checked me out quickly and then made sure I left in the secure manner. This Walmart is pretty well run. I mean they do a good job here. The people know where to find items and of course you know the Walmart prices are always great.

BEWARE-They stole my grandma's money! Walmart Troy Michigan has THE WORST customer service EVER & the shoppers there CONSTANTLY "Forget" to add half of my grandma's order on her online groceries! I've had to spend my entire break at work on the phone w/ these jerks only to be HUNG UP ON! She PAID for missing items she NEVER RECIEVED! #23 We have proof from the picture the driver took only shows 2 grocery bags & you can SEE half her order is NOT THERE! Should of been a quick refund with apology for her having TO RE ORDER EVERYTHING but INSTEAD they keep you on the phone for near hour before FINALLY transfer you to "review team Dept" and they HANG UP!? HOW IS THIS LEGAL?! WHO HAS MY GRANDMAS ORDER?! THE SHOPPER? THE DRIVER? THIS IS NOT OK!!!!

Absolutely dysfunctional. I've never seen a store that large without a single checkout open. Instead they were relying on purely automated and a line of 20+ people I wasn't about to wait thru. Either they hire some help or fewer people like myself will shop there again.

Walmart Troy, MI, has the WORSE online grocery delivery ever. I've tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. But it seems like EVERY TIME I place an online order for delivery, I never get my groceries. The first time, I ended up having to drive to the store and pick up my groceries. A driver was never called to pick up my order. After receiving an email saying there was a delay. This time, I placed my order. Again, I got an email saying there was a delay. I've chatted with reps, called and spoke with reps, and I've even called and spoke with the team lead over that department. After being told by multiple reps, the order was canceled, and it'll take about 2- 3 hours for the refund. The last rep told me it'll take TWO DAYS!!! No one could tell me why it's taking that long to process a cancelation and get a refund. This is beyond ridiculous. I'm done with Walmart. That entire department needs to be shut down.

How is this store manager Rita still here??? She fired another one last week who gave their all to Walmart after 22 years. I was devastated a year ago when she fired my fiance and I together - but told the market manager he quit, which they told me they knew she lied. My brother was a couple months before us. Racist - DEFINITELY!! How is she still there. I can't count how many violations she had, I got one that she told me was ok to do and I am fired - I gave my heart and soul to that place! Please if you read this take your business to Warren where the store manager actually cares about his business. This lady wouldn't give you a penny off the bottom of her shoe if you begged for it!! All the good managers quit because of her and guess who is in their place... they quit letting her hire her own people. I am still devastated I transferred and was a pawn in her game. My brother and I got Covid after we got there, our dad died - we came to help her and fired after all those years of dedication so quickly.I never miss a church service to pray for my dad and ask for forgiveness for transferring there... I have a special prayer for her every week! Please people take your business elsewhere. She cares about those big bucks and that is it, not you - not me!!

Went in there yesterday. Place was a complete pigsty. Items strewn all over the floor in the clothing area, with many items out of stock,. Only 2 of the dozen cash registers open as ALWAYS with long wait there and also long wait at self serve. It is amazing what they make you deal with at this location. Just a terrible experience.

The lady at the door accused me of stealing, and would not let me leave unless I gave her my receipt. She did not give it back to me so I no longer have a receipt for my purchase. I tried calling the store to try and get my receipt emailed to me and no one answers on any of the lines. Will never be back. Prices are also higher than most other stores like Meijer for the same products. Trash employees and trash store. Don't go there.

guy with the face tattoos was doing the most with some girl yesterday at the self checkout who couldnt find her receipt. i know walmart is not paying you enough to talk to people like that.

Even after learning of the dreadful loss of lives at an out of state Walmart, I decided to give their store a try as they sold a product I was interested. They had only one unit available for sale. After the unusual waiting in line experience to purchase my items, I did not notice that I was charged twice for the unit until returning home. Therefore, since the amount wasn't negligible, I returned to this location for a refund. Several people ahead of me waited in the Service line. Sort of in the twilight zone. However, a clerk assigned to something else shared that the Service department was closed - Walmart had no one trained to work there. Next, I asked the cashier for assistance. No. They are not allowed. Next, asked someone with a Walmart associate to speak with the manager. No response from the manager either. Walmart is understaffed in number of employees, their abilities, skills, aptitude and attitudes. Their folks are either extremely frustrated, if they have a conscious. Or, completely disconnected from reality and have completely given up on trying to engage in their roles and provide any customer service. How does this company survive. Thrive?

Don't ask me why my wife and I continue to return to the Troy location as it has become the bottom of the barrel in customer service. Should be ZERO STARS!!! EVERY TIME we come here we get a miserable, mean, a**hole cashier who can't even say hello and scowls the entire time. And management accepts this crap??? I'd shut down my business before I'd subject my customers to such horrendous treatment. Now that they've driven away most of the middle-to-upper middle class people from the surrounding area, they take the rest of us for granted. We've spent $400 plus per month at this store for the past 15 years, but will do so no more.

Conveniently located with plenty of parking. This store is typical of most Walmarts, with average customer service, but a good selection of products. The prices are always good, especially on seasonal items which are priced to sell out fast.

I did an online through the app pick up order, it was one of the easiest and most organized processes! I got everything I needed on my list, and it was nicely packed and organized! The team members that assisted me were amazing gentlemen who not only took time to speak with me but made sure everything was smartly packed into my car, and put in nicely! They seemed to truly enjoy their jobs as well which is so nice to see! Will deifntley be coming back, and recommending to friends and family!
