I purchased items worth $30 at Walmart but accidentally left them at the checkout counter. I realized it later and went back with my receipt. The staff initially told me they would call me, but it has been five days, and no one has contacted me. Every time I visit to ask about my purchase, I receive no proper response. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service. I hope Walmart improves how they handle such situations.

My friend who is on Humana disability insurance and myself went to. Walmart with a gift card at 4:30 pm. The cashier a very young man could not process her gift card payment correctly so the next person put her payment on his credit card !!! Thank you most generous complete stranger I wish we had exchanged phone numbers so we could pay him back 4/12/2025. Happy Easter to all

Troy Walmart, Warren Walmart, & the Rochester hills Walmart. They never ever answer their phones!!!!!! 🤬😡🤬😡Never ever ever very poor phone customer service. Never going to shop there again!!! and I'm a walmart.com shopper that's going to stop too.!!! Walmart is disgusting. Very poor service. Never ever going there again!!!!!! The UPS driver dropped it off in an area that's known to be bad. They didn't make sure the customer was aware of their package was outside so someone stole it!! Because of UPS driver didn't care.. this is from walmart.com, maybe from a third party..

By law they cannot keep stopping u to ask to see ur receipt unless u pay for a membership, im sick and tired of having to wait in a line to go home so some person can half ass look at a piece of paper.

Old woman working at the door yelled at me and accused me of shoplifting after I gave her the receipt. Mumbling profanity after I left. This is a new low even for Walmart.

I literally place an order online for baby food. When I opened the box it was full of mold and a broken jar of baby food. They made us walk on the store to return it . Such an inconvenience because I have a 4 month baby.
