Won’t honor benefits of their so-called “rewards” program. Overpriced and poorly staffed spending your money at locally owned establishments I’ve called corporate numerous times to try and get them to honor the rewards they promised, and all my calls have been ignored. It was a simple request. Just wanted to know why they wouldn’t honor their advertisement awful company they’ve lost my business.

Was racially profile in the store hazel park nobody offered too help the manager of the store was rude disrespectful when I stood up for myself he put me out the store and threatened to call the police on me I called the headquarters no answer or response I will never come or buy from any of there locations and as too that manager you are a coward and a punk keep hiding behind the police because you know the law favorites your race

Just left Wild Bills in Bay City Michigan, Wednesday, 11/3/2021 at 430 pm. Grace was the associate who was helping me. I asked for 3 bottles of American Blend 12 mg, and 1 bottle of the 18 mg. There were 3 bottles of the 12 mg left on the shelf, Grace told me, she had to leave 1 on the shelf for other customers. She than told me she would not honor the discounted price on my 3rd bottle. Pretty sure in the State of Michigan, if its on the shelf ,its for sale. No signs were posted limiting bottles. Last time I was in there, they didn't have any 12mgs, I had to mix them. I bought 4 bottles last time. I won't be shopping there again EVER!!!

I can't believe that this company can't seem to make a statement about anything without saying it's false but it's fine when the court date some I will be there. This just shows why the company gets 1 star if there was 0 I would give them that.

The people at wild bills have been fantastic. Even while their stores have been closed because of the virus, they helped me out with a very specific medicinal need for one of my family members. When they said they would get back to me, they did as soon as possible. These people are worthy of lifelong business from me and my family. Thank you Wild Bill whoever you are!

I've tried contacting their corporate office for hours now and havent got a single answer on any extension or in any type of way. It's really sad. Cant even get a hold of HR, or even their advertising extension. Its pitiful.

I went to wild bills on 10 mile And Kelly the manager Anthony has very badd customer service skills he does not tell the truth about the tobacco laws and they don't know their own product they sold my wife the wrong cigarets and she Try exchange them for the right ones and he gave her a lot of static and he was very rude I will let everyone I know too not do business in that store again I know alot my friend that go their to purchase cigars we will find some place that will appreciate our business . Anthony should be fired if he is the manager It's hard believe That here the manager
