I had such a great experience shopping at Windsor! Everyone there was so kind and helpful, especially Ashley!! She approached me right away, and once I told her what I was shopping for, she truly went above and beyond. Ashley helped me put together multiple outfits and made the whole experience easy and fun. She kept checking on me, offering suggestions, and making sure I had everything I needed for my trip to Nashville. Her eye for fashion/trends was spot on, and I left feeling so confident and excited. She really hyped me up!! Thank you so much, Ashley — you were honestly amazing!

i went to this location for a last minute, dinner outfit and had no dress code for the place. caitlyn actually approached me asking if i needed help. i gave her some Pinterest photo ideas of what i think i should wear and if this store sells clothing close to the look. she actually went out of her way to pick and find clothes all she needed was my preferred size. once we did picking, she helped me to a fitting room and decide which ones to keep and not to keep! which is great bc most ppl would lie for an extra buck

I was changing in one of the fitting rooms, half naked and one of the staff opened the door on me half naked, no warning, no asking if anyone was there. Didn’t even look down to see that there were feet in the dressing room. Just opened the door wide open to see me naked and changing at the waist up. Have you heard of knocking? Or asking? Not mention every other worker was also flat out rude and was not nice in the slightest. It’s a shame cuz it’s a decent sized store and has a lot of stuff. The Great Lakes store may be smaller, but their staff is friendly and they don’t barge in on me when I’m changing!!

I came in to find the perfect black dress for a charity soireé on Saturday and had an amazing experience! One of the stylists, Caitlin, completely understood the assignment and pulled some dresses she thought I might like. I had grabbed probably 10 dresses I was planning on trying on, but upon trying on the very first dress she suggested, I knew I found the one! Not only was she extremely helpful, she was very kind, had great energy, and you can tell she really enjoys helping people find clothes they feel beautiful in. That’s what I call customer service!👏

Homecoming can be one of the most stressful times of the year. Maddy/Abby/Jay changed that for my family and I this year. My kid found the perfect dress but we needed it in a small and their hope was to find gloves to match. Not only did they find gloves to match, a size small appeared which was exactly what we were in need of. They searched online and was so attentive to us all. We really appreciated the experience and will be long time shoppers of the Oakland location. Unlimited thanks and gratitude to you all.

Went here yesterday to look for a dress for a wedding, and one of the staff members, Abby, was so attentive and helpful. She definitely deserves a raise or promotion because I was so indecisive and she went above and beyond to help me decide on a dress and accessories. Thanks again Abby!!!
