Went to the Troy Xfinity store to get some help transferring information from my two phones and I had the rudest person ever, her name was Bobby she did not introduce herself she said sit here I gave her my information she did not smile once at me she was not willing to help me do anything she never looked at my phone she never touched my phone I have never dealt with anyone so rude and useless in my entire life. And then when she was unwilling to help me I had noticed the two customers before me she didn't help them either she referred them somewhere else she was completely useless and rude and when I told her I'll just go somewhere else she just got up and walked away she could have cared less total horrible horrible customer service they need to fire her !!! she didn't help one person and clearly she didn't know what she was doing I have never seen such terrible service in my life so I went to the Southfield store at 12 and Telegraph they were incredible absolutely helpful never questioned me nothing just took care of me like they should have. I highly recommend you do not go to the Troy location and if you do do not let Bobby help you.

Any time I've been to this shop for support, I've never managed to get a single answer...

The representative was rude and harsh . Never had these kind of experiences in last 3 years in the store… The way the representative behaved made me to get out of xfinity network and I did it in very next day.

They changed my bill and are now charging me an additional $10 a month without my consent. No where in my contract does it state you are allowed to up charge me WITHOUT my consent.

I've only been to this location once and they were less than enthused to see me. I went in to the store because Xfinity customer service is deplorable. Good luck getting a live person on phone or chat/text or a person in the States. They lie then try to trick you into paying for service calls. Yesterday they offered me a FREE iPad that wild only cost me $149 today and 36 per month. This to be paid as bill credits. Bllsht. It ain't free. When the service works it is amazing. But you'd come closer to Winning a Grammy with a karaoke and than getting even mediocre customer service from Xfinity.
The inside store service wasn't much better. Hey dis 'Merca! We don't respect nobody.
That "We're doing you a favor by when being here. What do you want?" attitude is common in retail and the service industry these days.
Make it make sense

Listen, I thought that people were making up these reviews and just being negative for no reason no they are not. This is a horrible location that they treat you like crap and they act like they don’t even want to be bothered. They are very good at making you feel like you are wasting your time talking to them. I will not spend my money with this company. Go to T-mobile you will get a way better experience at their stores.

The service is not friendly, there is nobody to talk to, they just look at the computer. I wanted to negotiate a new price since it was going up and up every 3-4 months. There was no room for negotiation. Told me to call customer service. I did but they also were not willing to negotiate, I was hitting a wall. I found a cheaper alternative where you lock your price forever. I called again, the XFTY customer service is the most unfriendly place to call. When I told them to cancel the service, now they were willing to talk to me. It was too late too much bad blood was spilled. They told me no problem, sorry to lose you as a customer of 7 years. How about the equipment, I asked? I was told to keep it. 3 months later, a letter came, with over $280 and fees for unreturned equipment. The fees were reduced to $132 plus I have to return the equipment. I will fight the fees, since 132 dollars is double the 1 month is service, which should be pro-rated. More to come...

The agent in this Xfinity site refused to accept the return and any documents, with rude attitude.
Xfinity Free phone Scam
It is totally a scam!!!!!
"Xfinity free phone scam!!!:
1. I received a call from Xfinity agent, trying to sell a phone with promotion on Jan,8, 2024.
2. The agent said: the phone (Samsung Galaxy A54 5G) will be free when I port a new number in 30 days.
3. I accepted the offer and the phone was received with a number.
4. I ported a new phone number (66*-67*-**28).
5. I think the deal is done. But I recently noticed Xfinity is charging $18.74 x 24 months for the 10-month device.
6. I contacted Xfinity. And they claimed the new number was ported in Feb, 2024, which is after 30 days.
7. I have printed the confirmation email of the number transfer from Google Voice.
8. I have printed the call record (17 mins call) on Jan 18 between two lines ((66*-67*-**28, 81*-33*-**28). Both are with Xfinity mobile and they should have the record.
9. This is the evidence that the new number was ported successfully and in effect.
10. Xfinity so far has been refusing to refund the device or apply the promotion.
11. Xfinity insisted that the new number 66*-67*-**28 was ported on Feb. 15, which invalidated the promotion.
12. I have filed a complain to BBB Better Business Bureau and happy to provide any document I mentioned
13. I have spent more than 20 hours chatting and talking to more than10 Xfinity agents, No solution.

UPDATE: in response to the automated response from Xfinity... why do you think I was there in the first place? The phone and web service wouldnt provide any assistance!
Nothing says we don’t care about our customers like three minutes in the store.
Walked in and within 90 seconds the guy who looked to be training, somebody else was condescending, arrogant, and incredibly disrespectful when I was trying to explain the situation.
I went into a store because I was trying to avoid the runaround of trying to get somebody on the phone as I had been transferred to three different departments for my issue.
Without missing a beat all he did was look at my ID to confirm my address and then started giving me an attitude. It’s really nice to see that. This is how Comcast values their customers as I have been with the company for well over 10 years.
I highly recommend not going to the store and staying away from Comcast as a whole. If it works, you’ll overpay for it. If it doesn’t work, they really don’t care… My recommendation would be to go to a competitor where you can have the same level of crappy service for half the price.

Just went in to drop off equipment from my father-in-laws account, as he passed away 2 weeks ago. Was unsure of any cords/cables that needed to be returned, so brought all of them. Representative was very short and rude. When I asked if all the cords were to be return, he responded in a very condescending tone. I explained this was my father-in-law’s who just passed away, so I just wanted to make sure everything was correct. He ignored that statement, handed me a receipt and in a very rude tone said “have a nice day!” I still have no clue if the items I brought were correct or not.
