11.15.25 at around 6:30pm the line was so long, only two cashiers checking out customers for purchases, once I got close enough to see the cashiers I notice two women at the register with a big pile of clothes trying clothes on and talking to each other and the cashier at the register laughing and being EXTREMELY slow. They were there for probably at least 15 minutes trying clothes on and laughing with cashier, a man walked up and nicely asked her if she could please take the customers in line bc it’s almost out the door at this point. She looked at her coworker the other cashier man and they just laughed rolled their eyes, didn’t say a word to the man and kept laughing and going slow with the ladies trying on clothes. So disrespectful and disgusting. Pure ignorance and trash

Save yourself the irritation and don't go! Buy online. Only reason I put up with rude cashier is great deal on markdown jeans. Took 33 minutes to check out. Topper was cashier informed me that I had to pay $1.25 extra for separate bags! Really?
Also no one to help customers on the floor. Place needed straightened up in worse way. I'll never go back even though I am in Troy 7-8 times a year.
One more thing. I hesitate to say this. Rude cashier needed deodorant not perfume. I'm surprised a store would tolerate that.

Worst customer service. I waited in line to do a return for 25 min only to be told returns are done downstairs......if thats the case...why not have someone walk around and tell people returns are downstairs. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I don’t mind that the store is dirty, I don’t mind the long lines. But the rudeness from the staff is absolutely unacceptable, especially the woman with the thinning hair on top. She is never nice.

Hi! I recently purchased my grandson some clothing from Zara on line. One the sweatshirts came which is a creamy white and it had what looks like red sauce spots on it. I called to hopefully get a new one. They said it’s all sold out. And I said if I attempt to take out the stains myself can I get a discount and the gentleman said “No” the only thing you can do is return it. I said can I talk to someone else because he was quite rude and he said “No.” So I said I will never order from Zara again and his reply was “Ok.” They have very poor customer service. I have never experienced anything like this with any store! My recommendations is if you want to buy from Zara only go to the store where you know your clothes aren’t being mailed to you used with red sauce on them!

The store is always in complete disarray. Clothing is thrown all over the place, drinks are left on shelves, and it’s just dirty and overwhelming to walk through. It makes it really hard to shop or enjoy being in the store. I hope management can step in to improve cleanliness and organization because the deals aren’t worth the chaos.

I have never been to a Zara that has taken so long to checkout, genuinely. I’ve been to ones in London, LA, NYC, and for some reason this specific Zara takes hours to get through the line (not over-exaggerating). The workers never seem to hustle when the line is long and i’m not even trying to be a Karen, my first ever job was in retail! I rarely write bad reviews too, but this place actually called for it. I’d avoid this Zara, unless you have a parent to just stand in line for you (dad). 😹

They need to do something about their return line. Three times I’ve visited and each time (no matter time of day) I’ve be waited in line close to an hour. Get more than one rep to take in returns, and save the hanging for another time. I.e. be more considerate of the customer experience. Last time I said I wouldn’t return to this store but this time I’m serious.
