Today my daughter visited this store with her friend. After choosing clothes she liked, she headed to the fitting room to try them on. However, in front of the fitting room, a clerk asked my daughter "Hi China, Are you Chinese?" and my daughter answered "No." (We are from Korea).While my daughter was trying on clothes in the fitting room, the clerk continued giggling with other clerks. After my daughter came back home, she ended up crying.I'm not sure if the clerks are actually asking customers about their country of origin, or if it's meant to be racist. I believe that a clerk should never do anything that could offend a customer. I believe that in order for this store to prosper, it should not create situations where customers may misunderstand.

My daughters love Zara and we’ve never had an issue up until now. I ordered the faux leather parachute pants in 7, then exchange them for the 9, but they were too big. I need an 8 and Zara customer refused to make an exception to allow one more exchange. The sizing for kids is challenging and sometimes items need to be exchanged more than once. It is a hassle to refund your card just to re-purchase the exact same item. This is an easy fix. I want to keep shopping at Zara and I’m hoping this post will allow me to continue to be a customer.

This girl Sayeda was so helpful in helping me find cute kids clothes! Very sweet and same goes for another worker, didn’t get her name, but she had black hair and glasses and she got a size for me that I was looking for.

Terrible experience. Return and exchange policy is a nightmare since they start count 30 day when the order has been shipped. They create the label, and ship one week late more transit time means 30 days reduce to 15 days.DONT BUY ONLINE OR WILL NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO RETURN!

Checkout is never a breeze. Usually a long line, most of the time the escalator is closed. I’ve frequently scanned what i have in my hands and purchased through the app. Employees are interested in speaking to each other before the guest.

This is the worst zara. First of all, merchandise is everywhere and so disorganized. The fitting rooms are almost never open, so you can’t try anything on. Then there is the line of 50 people with only one person working the register who is taking their sweet ‘ol time. There are 2 lines - one for purchases and one for returns, but the signs are not clear which line is which. Be careful because if you stand in the wrong line, they will turn you away and make you wait 30 minutes in the other line. This store needs major help.

So I have never been to this Zara, but just got an ear full from my wife at dinner about how awful her experience was. I just wanted to eat my chicken, but no… I just heard all about what most people leaving reviews have experienced. Men, stay strong and keep yo ladies away from this place.

probably the worst zara and customer service experience anywhere ever. there should be a case study on the horrendous customer service at this establishment. how, in any way, is it efficient to have 50+ people in line and one person at the register working with absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever?? i love zara as a brand, but i will do everything possible to avoid going to this location. whoever is managing this store needs to go now. make zara great again!!!!

Worst Zara on the face of the earth. No sense of urgency from employees, half of them walking around doing nothing on their phones while 100 people wait in line for one dude at the register. They close the fitting rooms an hour early without any last call, they just turn you away with your hands full of clothes like you’re supposed to know that. On top of all that they’re just cold at the register and treat you like you’re a nuisance. I’m a patient guy and have worked service so I get it, but the rest of the reviews speak for themselves.

Don't waste your time. Plenty of other retailers willing to take care of customers.The store was a complete mess, the lines for returns were well over 45-60 minutes wait.Was told NO Mgr to be found and wouldn't give a name to call and report just how bad it was.If you're a Mgr there, you should be fired!

I have never ever done a review and just to seriously get corporate attention I had to. This is the worst store ever opened in the history of stores. The employees attitudes are absolutely horrendous and the Zara purchase/return line is so long with only one employee working the registers. I went upstairs to the kids area and 2 employees are just standing there talking with a register closed sign. They told me go to the men’s section their register is open. When I went there the 2 guys and one girl are just chillin in a circle chatting. I looked at one and asked if I can return he’s like you gotta go downstairs we don’t do returns here. I am never shopping or stepping foot there again until corporate steps in and makes a huge change. Disgusting!

You'll be waiting in line till Eternity. One or two ppl working register while line is over 50 ppl waiting smh. So junky too, try to get there early or you'll be waiting. The people that work there seem to not care they just take their time like you either wait or leave attitude. Can y'all send a strict corporate manager to the scene and get this store in order.
