I live on Danc dr. Twin lake, it’s really sad but a lot of time I don’t get my mail and I also deliver mail to the neighbors when it’s put into my mailbox. That’s not my job!! When politely mention it to the mail carrier all I get is excuses and she Blame it on others saying she was off. The only problem is it happens a lot on her shift. No accountability!! Sorry to complain so much but my neighbors don’t give me my mail. I shouldn’t have to go to their house either, I ask put it in the mailbox and raise the flag. They reply I don’t trust her , so they still have my mail for months. It looks like I can’t trust anybody.

Continuously hoping these people lose their jobs. Packages are often marked delivered and lost. Packages are not delivered if the driver has to cross the road. I open my mailbox daily. Often it is empty and then there will be a stack of mail and important looking documents in it with writing saying my mailbox was full so they couldn't deliver.

They don't know how to read addresses. Wrong mail delivered all the time. Mail delivered to wrong house all the time. Say they can't deliver.

Package tracking said my package was out for delivery on Saturday and the mail carrier never showed up. Updated tracking said it did not have access yet everything was plowed and snow blowed. I believe they didn't do any deliveries this Saturday! Not the 1st time this has happened!

Since Big Blue Lake zip code 49425 has gotten a new mail carrier my mail is either not delivered or my packages are stuffed in my mail box. I have complained and have been given the run around. My mail is bent and one of these times he’s going to break my package. Stop being lazy and drive the .04 miles and drop off my package. That’s your job isn’t it?? It’s not even a mile round trip.

Terrible carriers. Carrier that runs W White Lake Dr. will refuse to pick up out going mail for days until we call to complain, will cram our mail into the box bending things despite us having an extra large box, and doesn't deliver mail timely and instead delivers a few days worth of mail at one time, and will not drive our access road to drop off packages claiming it's inaccessible despite it being plowed and clear enough to drive a FWD car down with ease. We've complained multiple times, but nothing seems to get better. Only giving 2 stars out of generosity.

The driver that runs down Russell Rd is lazy and refuses to go down my driveway ever to drop off my packages. Both times I have had packages delivered through usps I have to wonder where my package is and when it will be delivered. There is no way to get in contact with the post office or post master. Very frustrating as I pay for 1 day delivery and now I’m screwed over because of lazy people that don’t want to drive 80yrds down my driveway. I wish there was an alternative to getting my mail because I’d never have it go through this post office. Not to mention they didn’t even leave a slip for me to track my package. I was outside when the lady had dropped off the mail and NOTHING. No hi, goodbye, F you, or here’s your package. Nothing.With no way of contacting the post master or office I got $250 plus $14 for 1 day shipping floating around and I have no idea where it is.

The drivers seem lazy, always saying "No access" when there is. Then they lose where the packages are until a few days later, this has happened multiple times. Not to mention, we are constantly getting other people's mail, or all the mail in the same parcel to where anyone can gain access to it. Very unprofessional.
