Maurer is absolutely the only place ill ever get processing done again. Thank you Paige, and all the hands that helped, down to hand loading each piece as not to tear the packages. Please please please consider Maurer for anything butcher needs. The packaging is clear and durable and well labeled. All the weight I was promised was actually perfectly audited when I got home. The burger is durably packaged in tubes.
