Lake Effect Marina, LLC:Took my pontoon into them last fall to have them check it out as it kept stalling. They told me then that it would be done in April. I called end of March and they hadn't even looked at it. They said it was next in line to be worked on. Two weeks later I called and got another song and dance. Middle of May I called again and got the same response, next in line. I finally picked up the pontoon 6/2/22. Today I finally found time to use the pontoon after they "FIXED" it. Guess what, the pontoon won't idle and is as bad as it was when I took it in. $401.72. Somebody is going to get an ear full tomorrow.

Great service, took my boat in for a small maintenance tune-up spark plugs, water separator filter, timing adjustment. They let me come in same day and i was out the door in less than two hours. Fast and quality service and owner was very friendly and explained every question i had asked of him. Took boat home hooked it up to some Micky mouse ears and it ran and sounded better than I can ever remember. Thank you and i will be returning this winter for a Gimbal bearing replacement. Highly recommend!

These Dudes are real mechanics. Real boat wizardry. They will care about your boat bow to stern and their willingness to share their technical knowledge for performance is outstanding. I will take my boat no where else. If you want a relationship with a marina you can trust this is the place.
