My mom stopped in today. She has a small scooter she needs due to a recent surgery. A screw came loose, and the wheel fell off. My mom went in to buy a replacement screw, and a young girl went to my mom's car, grabbed the scooter and brought it inside. She found the screw she needed and fixed it for my mom. What a sweet employee you have! Thank you, thank you for helping my mom with her scooter. I appreciate it so much and she does too. She has been raving about your kindness. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Everyone at this hardware store is great. Very helpful and they have a lot of inventory. Much better to go here than in the big box stores. I highly recommend them

I cannot even believe my experience here. I moved into the area, so I decided to buy a propane tank for my first house and my first time having a bbq grill, paid for the propane tank and the refill came outside and the guy handed me a rusty tank that looked really old , but he already filled it so what could I say at the moment , gas lasted 20+ bbqs all summer and some winter , came back in to get the same tank refilled and the Lady Manager said that they did not in fact sell me that tank and it needed to get recertification , after I let her know how I felt respectfully I still bought a refill which she said she would do this one time without a recertification , anyway the Lady Manager did not refill my tank like she was supposed to , I had two 20 minute bbq sessions and the tank is empty , I am beyond mad at this local hardware store I wanted to support but now I must boycott , Tighten up . Don't Shop Here.
