Lisa in the service department is fantastic! She is very efficient, always polite, and seems to be juggling 10 things at once all the time! Beninati Pools are amazing to work with! I would recommend them to everyone!

13 years ago we sat at a table in our kitchen and key with John. He was the only pool company owner who was confident he could build us a pool being so close to the the canal we lived on. We chose to break ground the following spring. Here is it 14 years later and Beninati has been the very BEST pool company in Michigan. We have them open and close and maintain our pool while it’s open April thru October. Jacob, Jim, Gavian, Lisa, Dave, Bryan, to name a few, wonderful. Very little turnover with them. They treat their staff great and maintain the best workers. Thank you Beninati! Our pool has allowed us to live live a vacation is in our back yard ❤️

We continue to be very pleased with the service of the team at Beninati Pools. We've used them now for over 5 years and find them to be knowledgeable and very responsive. Our pool and spa always are in top shape and they genuinely care about servicing their customers! We have used them for weekly maintenance, pool mechanical upgrades (switched over to a UV system) and recently purchased a new hot tub from their sales team. Great experience each time. Definitely recommend.

I usually never write reviews but I feel like I had to do this one. Wish I could give 10 stars!! John helped us after our nightmare with another pool company, and its been the best experience! The team shows up early to work everyday at our house and they are so nice and professional! They work hard and fast to get everything done after we were left with a half dug hole. Its been 2 weeks and we are already seeing great progress. We are so thankful for the entire Beninati team and cannot recommend them enough. If you are thinking about a pool or spa call them! Best decision we ever made and we cannot wait for our final product!

Gracie helps us every time we come in the store and is always so happy and helpful. Mitch and Andrew are also amazing and have really turned our pool around for the better. The staff at beninatti are all wonderful and we would be lost without their guidance

Our Jandy heater went out after 3 1/2 years. I called them and they replaced it within two days. We’ve also hired them to do the cleaning and so far we are very happy with their service and their response and I would recommend them..

We have been extremely happy with Beninati Pools, from working with us to create a custom pool in alignment with our vision, coordinating with our landscapers and general contractor, executing the plan and servicing the pool after installation, everything has been seamless and ran smoothly. We researched and looked at a few different swim spa's. We went to Beninati and purchased a 14' Aqua Trainer earlier this year. It was in stock and had all the features we were looking for including the right color combination. Mitch and the staff answered all my questions during the buying process. They delivered and set up our spa, including the extra external gas heater, in under four hours. Mitch came back once it was filled to walk us through the functions and operations and the simple maintenance procedures to take care of each week. We highly recommend Beninati. I also want to thank Jake, Trevor, Drew and the girls who have tested my water samples when I've brought them in. Great people.
