Service was pathetic! Employee was condescending, impatient and unable to help set up my purchase. I asked him to do and he failed! Then the manager tried. He had an impatient attitude as well. I well never, ever return to this store!

Very Friendly Staff! Unfortunately it seems like demand for products have the inventory declining to next to nothing. You have to find most everything online.

For a company that accepts so much money for (unreliable) tech, the return policy sure is garbage. Not even 30 days to take something back that doesn't do what I bought it for. I am now stuck with a $180.19 paperweight and will surely not be shopping here in the future. I would have been better off going to any other retailer, online or brick & mortar. Incredibly disappointed.

Purchased a Dell laptop last week and I noticed it's not touchscreen like it's supposed to be. Called the store only to find myself on the virtual store line which is apparently outsourced to a land far away. Problem not solved and last operator that I was transferred to hung up on me. Best buy your service is awful. I went to three different stores to find this laptop and each store just kept trying to sell me a $179 "membership"
