Love carters clothes for my kids but this location is not my favorite to shop at. I have been in 3 times somewhat recently and unfortunately every time Angelica is there. She is so rude and short every time I'm there. She seems to not want to be working and takes it out on the customers. If you're that unhappy leave! Won't be shopping at this location again as long as she's there.

Don't plan on curbside pickup unless you have 20-30 min to wait (and don't have a cranky toddler and baby with you).

The staff was great. I waited til the last minute to try to find some 4th of July outfits and so I was combing through the whole store to try to find something red to go with the blue and white pants I found in Premie size. I was determined to find something and the associate must have noticed my determination and offered her assistance. She also did a quick assessment of the store and though she didnt find anything other than what I had, I do appreciate her attempt.

Rachel the sales associate/mwas absolutely horrid. She treated me as though I was stealing something when I was trying to return an item my MIL bought for my son (without a receipt). She refused to look up her rewards number to verify the purchase (so first of all, I lost a percentage of my money) and secondly, she held me hostage to purchase another item that day and refused to give me a merchandise gift card. I was so shook up by how badly I was treated (almost like she "caught" me doing something wrong), I was in no mood to shop. In all honesty, I picked out a few random things my son didn't need. I will never shop at Carter's again (or at least the one on Hall Rd.). I did call corporate, but not sure they were willing to do anything? I tried to verify the policies. In order to get money without a receipt, even if it's a gift, she suggests to bring in the person who bought the gift for you.....I thought that would be pretty insulting. Update: okay.....I emailed 6/21 and awaiting reply. Updated: I heard back very quickly from the corporate office and it was great to be heard! I appreciated their response!

Great experience, especially concerning the prices. I have to go online for some items. They didn't have sizes I needed in the store.
