Nicest branch ever, had a little issue with a check and the manager today cleared it all up. I’ve never had any issues with personal or business banking here! Highly recommend!

Went in and needed to get a few papers notarized. Spoke with Kimberly and with Sara. They were both very pleasant very friendly very helpful and very professional. Would highly recommend this location again because of the two of them being so nice.

Unimaginable humiliating banking experience! I never ever had such horrible experience in banking! They treat in the most inhuman way! I had to go to the branch five times for doing one business and is not yet done! I can't figure out what could be the reason....inefficiency? My skin color? Poor management? Today I walked in and they asked to wait and waited for 30 minutes. Then the manager came and said "today's time is over for them, so take an appointment and come another day.!!!" I can't imagine Chase employees will behave like this! My experience with every chase employee in other branches were exceptional. I walked out with joy. This is pure humiliation.

The ATM never works. Don't waste your time seeing if you can use it today or any other day.The staff are nice though. Just wish I could use the automatic teller machine. Upgrade it.

This is the ONLY CHASE!!! That My mom and I always have trouble with!!! They always give me a hard time about everything!!! I went in to ask them to print my month statements out and the lady refused when all she had to do was press print !! I had previously gone to a different branch and had 0 trouble!! This is the exact reason I stopped coming here even though I live 1 minute away! I rather drive out of my way to go to another chase anyway!! Almost all the employees here are rude and have 0 customer service

Please PLEASE fix the drive thru atm. I have tried to deposit cash twice in the last two week and both times was given a message that my bills could not be read.Its normal if one or two can’t be read but zero out of about 30 is just stupid. Do something please.

Every time you call you now get pushed to a National number. You can't speak with anyone at the branch you want. Walk in to the Utica location and they always want you to have a an appointment. Well the issue is you cannot call . They are no longer open on the weekends and the branch in Romeo is essentially a giant ATM with 0 communication or people/tellers. Chase's new business model seems to leave the customer service out of their plan. My business, personal, and savings accounts are all with chase and was looking for a loan. We will look elsewhere. Just silly.

Very very disappointed in Chase on Van Dyke. I have had my business account there for years. Like everyone in the wedding business we took a huge hit in 2020. I just had noticed Chase started charging me $12 a month for the past 2-3 months so I went in to ask what the heck is going on, the personal banker didn’t give .02 that we are in a pandemic and business’s are hurting BAD. I said “just shut my account and give me my $$.” She happily shut my account all because of $36 she could have easily credited back btw. Then proceeds to say “well I hope it gets better for you” which it will 100% and you won’t be seeing me returning to Chase for business. I left and called corporate who was really upset and opened a complainton this branch. Be very careful with while you bank with there are banks that care. This isn’t one of them...

NOT everyone always friendly or accommodating at Barclay for a "client" that has gone through several name changes with this bank!! There are 2 clerks that ALWAYS provide great service & overall good "customer service" friendly & a tall young man with dark hair 2 yrs ago BT othrs & Management here leave alot to be desired at this location as well as W.Bloomfield & Southfld Rd location now closed & Farmington 9mi/Grd River & dwntwn Detroit! I pulled money out over a year ago & promised to close my acct due to "many Tricks & Bate & Switch tactics" iv had occur, being a Prime customer at 2 points & Chase 'questioning' my acct & trying to cheat me out of my Perks as well as suggesting i switch my acct# & moments later telling me after it was done id lost all of my Customer Perks & couldNOT switch back(Sthfld Rd, an Acct id had for almost 20yrs if more!!!) Thn COVID Hit & i was greatly impacted by the effect & had alot on my plate & no time bt i was given the run around & mis-information a number of times at Barclay! Soon, it is time! I may not be a Rockefeller & it should not matter Bt u provide a service & u need all money & it all adds up to much & keeps u thriving. The least is as important as those who have much u may find out even moreso CHASE!!!!!
