“I needed "Help in a Hurry" again after my experience two years ago when Sam came to the rescue. This experience proved to me "when you need help, Call Sam!" Overnight my Apple laptop trac pad went "kaflooie" ! no controls. I called Sam and he gracefully accepted the challenge, with a promise to deliver the repaired laptop within two days! Wonderful. Sam performed beyond my expectations and I have no qualms of referring his marvelous help to anyone who requires it. I had my laptop back and functioning better than before within 1 1/2 days! BRAVO !
