Will is the man! I'm not exaggerating when I say that his knowledge and persistence when helping me solve an issue with Cricket customer service saved me hours of time and hundreds of dollars. Frankly I may have left Cricket Wireless entirely if I hadn't been lucky enough to deal with a pro like Will. It's worth noting that while working with me he managed to also talk a guy into joining Cricket and hooked him up with a new phone. Take care of this man. He would excel at anything he did because he has work ethic!

I came in a few weeks ago and experience great customer service. Makayla was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm glad I went to that Cricket Store!

Went in to purchase a new phone. Had trouble with it. After a few days I went back and sales person Makayla helped with all the problems I was having. She not only helped me but also the four other customers that were in their as well while staying cool calm and collective... running back and forth answering questions as well as fixing a few phones.

I highly recommend this place. Jerry was awesome, he took care of setting up 4 phones for my sister and myself. He is totally professional, and they have a great selection of phones and accessories. A+++

So yesterday I was at cricket and I won't be returning to this store again! Long story short
I am on a busget and was told it was going to be WAY more then 100 to get a knock off phone
Well I went and purchased one at Walmart ( same phone) for 50,00 instead of 90.00 with a sim card and all! Lol!
I went back to the store to be told they could not actively a CRICKET phone and the GM was so nice to say I can take my business elsewhere
The managers here are trying to scam
I guess that is how phone companies are but when I ask for service you really should deliver! You have so many phone stores out there! I ending up getting my phone activated with NO fee and what could of been a 150 purchase was 52.18
So GM ( Denise) or whatever you call yourself the joke is on you and you really should go get some customer skills! Take Care

I've been going to this little Cricket store for awhile with various issues. We've always had good help, but this week, Makayla was so awesome at helping me reuse my old SIM card in a temporary phone while I'm waiting for a new one. So was kind, patient and competent; even double checking to make sure the phone worked well before I left. So happy Makayla was working that day!

Very friendly people, very helpful. Didn't pressure me to buy a phone, instead talked me through my problem. Went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I recommend this place very highly.
