Store associate was very helpful and friendly. The place is clean. The carts that are provided to move things are very heavy and hard to move especially when going in and out of the elevator.

Inside is clean & OK. People at desk are really nice. But 11 of 14 parking lights are out for months now. So loading & unloading outside in the dark is awful. The dollys are horrible and very few. Trying to get in the unlevel elevator floor, half my things fell off the dolly ,onto the floor. Had to try 3 times to push dolly into elevator because of uneven floor

Great experience customer service was great, but the pricing was a tad bit expensive. And they had a price increase. I moved out in the middle of the month and the price wasn't prorated

Greetings, I had made a reservation and paid for a 10x10 unit, via phone, with a very knowledgeable customer service rep. Next, drove to the Utica location and was greeted by Marlena, the office manager. She was very pleasant to work with, completing the rental process, in an efficient and timely manner. I really appreciated her going the extra mile in thoroughly explaining the rules/policies in a friendly manner, and taking the time to personally take me to my new unit, highlighting the carts available for use, elevator operation and a long walk to show the 3rd floor restroom location. She handled the entire process very professionaly and is quite an asset to Storage Sense. Thanks from a Happy Customer to Storage Sense and Marlena!!
