“What a wonderful experience. Thank you, Accent Florist! We spoke on the phone after I placed the order online, and you were so friendly and helpful. The flower arrangement was stunning. I also want to give special recognition to Scott, who made the delivery. Scott called me when my friend wasn't home to accept the flowers. He was so polite and genuinely concerned about leaving the arrangement on the porch in the hot weather. He said it was no problem to redeliver later in the day. After checking, I called him back with a time my friend would be home. Thank you Scott for going out of your way to ensure the flowers were delivered when my friend was home. I will recommend anyone to this florist, they went above and beyond, not many companies care but this one does. They went above and beyond on Mother's day when everyone else was closed or rude to me in the phone. Amanda cared enough to call me back repeatedly to ensure all the details were accurate. Jacki the owner delivered them personally in the late afternoon.. on Mother's day! “I love them here! I went in the day before Valentine's day to order a custom arrangement for my mom. It was very important to me and my family as it was the first Valentine's Day without my dad who recently passed away. I requested no red roses because my mom told me they would just remind her of his passing. So they made a GORGEOUS arrangement of white and pink flowers. I requested all bud vases for my reception and large garland for my arch and it came together beautifully. “So I have not said thank you enough, and it will probably never be enough, but when my husband passed they made the blue roses for his funeral and they were stunning ❤️❤️ also me and my daughter, my mother and my son have a dance tonight and I called to have corsages and pocket flower for my mom, and both of my children, I couldn’t really afford one for myself. The woman Rachel recognized my voice or my caller ID and she said “I don’t know why the momma didn’t get herself a corsage so I made one for you” && when I got in the car I just cried because not only were they absolutely beautiful in every way but she made sure that I had a beautiful one as well! She will never understand how much it meant to me, I couldn’t afford one for myself and she made sure we all had one! She is one of the most selfless, amazing people I know and she truly cares about her customers! “This location is ideally suited for nearby neighborhoods. Tons of parking, easy access to hospital and Livernois or Walton. It's not a "full-size" Kroger, so many people are frustrated by the narrow aisles, limited selection and lack of high end Kroger amenities. My rationale for shopping here is different. I love it because it has great selection for the essentials, is laid out beautifully, and is perfect for grabbing "quite a few quick things". If you need more than a party store, but don't want to head to a super store or Meijer or Target, then this location is perfect.”

“I ordered flowers today and had delivered to the hospital for my daughter-in-law. It was supposed to be a cute little bee vase that said “bee well soon”. Instead she got a box with a plastic container with yellow flowers and a stuff bee. She liked it but it looks cheap and it’s not that I thought I ordered. I wish I could send you pictures of what I thought I ordered and what she end up getting. Very disappointing. But delivery was fast. Thank you so much for taking care of this. She is absolutely thrilled with a replacement. It is exactly what I ordered. It’s nice to see your place. It takes care of the customers.
