“Updated to 5 stars, I never expected for this company to bring me new flowers I just wanted them to know how mine were after 1 day. I will recommend anyone to this florist, they went above and beyond, not many companies care but this one does. Thank you very much.Adding picture of new ones.My boyfriend had long stem roses delivered to me at my work and when they came they looked beautiful however after 1 day they started wilting and then today there are a few looking very bad. I love roses and he gets them for me on all holidays and I have never had them do this before in such a short time.”

I also want to give special recognition to Scott, who made the delivery. Scott called me when my friend wasn't home to accept the flowers. He was so polite and genuinely concerned about leaving the arrangement on the porch in the hot weather. He said it was no problem to redeliver later in the day. “This Kroger isn't close to me but I tried it because I'm disappointed with closer ones. It's pretty good as Krogers go.- It has a well-arranged produce section with many tables. The produce looked uniformly good.- It has the usual bakery, deli, and fresh meals counters as well as a Murray's cheese shop (not found in every Kroger). It even had cheese samples out, which is very unusual.- There were more items in stock than at my local Krogers (yes!).- The often-irritating Kroger background music is blissfully toned down.I heard another shopper say that not all Krogers are this nice, which is true. While it can't escape the middlebrow nature driven by corporate (would that Wegmans would venture here...), it does well given that.”
