I could not be happier with the ease of getting my taxes done. Kimberly Quigley at the Utica office is fantastic. She really cares about her clients and explains everything in detail. Fast, but didn't feel rushed. I'll go back next year!

This is a great place for tax file and other tax related issues. All the staff at this office are extremely helpful and responsible to the clients, and Kim Quigley is exceptional ! She is very friendly, ever smiling, and greatly experienced tax pro, listens to her clients very well and very effective in solving tax issues. Except their business, they have a great sense of humanity, so definitely recommend this place.

I have been having a terrible experience with the tax professionals at this location. I did not receive my full refund and was having trouble with the tax professional I was working with. When I requested her manager's contact information, it took three attempts to get it. I then was in contact with the lead manager and things seemed to be getting better. I still have not received my refund, have not received any explanations (as I was told I would), nor have I received the full reimbursement I was promised for all the inconvenience. It has been months now. that I cannot get a hold of anyone and I am at a complete loss about what to do. I am posting this review in hopes of someone on the staff reaching out to me to get this resolved.
