So disappointed! After considerable travel and high recommendations, I found the whole experience lacking and underwhelming. My salesman seemed disinterested and really was no help at all. He seemed far more interested in regaling me with his Disney running stories. I am newly back in the jogging/running game and my first time going to an actual running shoe store and was looking forward to some one-on-one with someone with knowledge to get me a good fit (pronation/supination/neutral) in the right shoe. He gave me absolutely nothing about what shoe I should be looking for based on my footprints. If I would have known I would be told to just look around and try on whatever I wanted I could have went to any store that sells running shoes. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.

Nice staff and very knowledgeable... Never was rushed and liked their variety of shoes. I believed Karen was her name very friendly and knowledgeable.

Walked in and was greeted right away. Associate came up to me and I told him my mega list of problems with my feet and legs. Standing on concrete, flat feet , knee pain and so on. He hears exactly what I was ayung and off he went. Found a pair that fell great. Took off again to see he if he could find something different. Super helpful kinda guy. Daughter even bought a pair after me. Same thing with a different Associate. As I was checking out . I had asked about insoles. He said save your money until you try them. Great place to buy a pair of shoes. Plenty of clothing as well.

Such a great shopping experience. The customer service that Ethan and Eric provided was top notch, above and beyond. I am looking forward to working out in my new, super comfy, Brooks shoes!!

Great customer service! My mom is a senior citizen who was shopping for shoes her doctor recommended. The staff went out of the way to help her find the most comfortable shoe for her.

This is the best store for a runner to buy shoes whether it be for sports or just as a hobby. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind. Also when I was short $8 to buy the ASCIS Nimbus 26 they gave me a discount. I highly recommend this running shop.

Big shoutout to Utica store and thank you for service done right. I had an expensive pair of shoes for 3 months and a hole appeared at the top. I received a store credit for the full purchase price so I got a different kind of shoe and two packages of socks.

They were great. My visit today went very well and the workers were very knowledgeable and willing to help. The guy was giving me tips on training for my upcoming 5k and future running endeavors. Would recommend to anyone who runs or just wants to get into running!
