My granite counter tops were installed and look great but for all the money i spent for them i would have thought the old counter would have been taken. Instead i have to find away to dispose of it myself. Read the fine print before signing anything

I love shopping at the Home Depot in Utica call the store My second home for the past 24 years. I forgot some items and left my bag there talk to a cashier on the phone and she says bring your receipt and come get it. Come back a couple days to get it cashier was kind of rude she said they are not here and I said they put them back And the cashier on the phone said to go get them and bring them to the front of the store. So I told the cashier that all she can say is they're not up here and didn't feel like she wanted to help me. so I said OK have a nice day I'm not a person for handouts but when I legit forgot something I forgot it so don't treat me like I'm coming To get a hand out I spent my hard earned money to buy it. Use it as a learning tool not all customers are crooked I am not one of those customers that come in and take cart loads And not pay for it those people Ruin it for everybody.

Worst customer service, installers & products. They will take your money, install crap, admit it’s wrong, but the only way you will get any money back is if you sign a gag order. DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT for any remodeling project.

Was supposed to have my new fridge delivered Saturday the 18th between 2:30 and 6. Never even started getting updates on my delivery until 8 pm that night. No delivery was made and Home Depot has no idea where my fridge is and doesn’t seem to care too much. After a days worth of lost income, waiting until almost 10 at night to find out it wasn’t being delivered, and having to throw food out the lousy $150.00 off does nothing for me now. I am now being told oh well and I have to wait till January 8th. Horrible customer service and non caring about their lack of communication and error.

Absolutely WORST service I’ve ever had. They lost our fridge that we ordered and delivery was rescheduled THREE different times. At 12Pm we get a call from a person to tell us that our delivery (that was due to arrive that day at 1) wouldn’t be arriving that day because someone called off. Now here I am, standing at the door area, waiting for the last 30 minutes for someone to help me. FIVE different store associates walked by me and didn’t say a word as I stand here clearly waiting for someone help. This is is the THIRD time I’ve tried to come in to order a storm door. One that we put a deposit down to have installed almost a month ago, mind you. It took them 2 weeks to come out and do the measurements and then another week to call us and tell us that we need to come in and choose a door. So I make my third trip in to do order our door and nobody will help me. Its every department. Nobody wants to help anyone. I needed something to remove some stain off of our concrete and the people in the paint department wouldn’t even get out from behind their desk to show me a product. There were two associates back there and no other guests being helped. So there really was no excuse why someone couldn’t show me a product since I was unfamiliar with what they were talking about. 10/10 would not recommend going to this location…. Unless you definitely don’t need anyone’s assistance.

The return customer service employees at the Utica Location are rude and not friendly whatsoever. In my case Gary. I was returning a Ryobi battery tool kit purchased for $299.00. The circular saw when using it started to smoke. I was only sawing a deck board. ISo after trying it again the same thing. This was the only tool I used at that point. I took it to be returned before the 90 day return policy which I clearly looked at the entire receipt for any exceptions to

Would not recommend. We were suppose to to have a fridge delivered between 3-7pm. It is after 8:30 still not here. We bought an entire kitchen. Won’t be going there again

PLEASE save yourself 1 year worth of headaches, and never buy a front door/storm door from Home Depot Utica! Worst and most angering experience of my life! I will never step foot/order anything online from Home Depot again!

Went there to get mulch today and they were very rude to me!! All I wanted is for someone to put the bags in my truck and was flat out told , NO!!! And that they didn't have anyone that fit that job description. What about your "lot boys?" What exactly are they for then? Very disappointed!!

I come here to buy plants, cleaning items, bird seed, containers to store stuff in and sometimes I'll buy a can of paint or two. Mom likes to buy stuff in their lighting section. Mom has serious arthritis and can not walk very far so we like that they have nice, well-maintained chairs she can ride in. the isles are wide and clear. The store is always very clean and well stocked. The people are friendly. Today I needed help for a small, odd project. I'm not Ms fix-it by any means but I had to figure out how to keep the handle from sliding down on the transporter/wheelchair we use for mom when she just can't walk anymore. There are two handles to push the chair and one kept popping and sliding down. The bolt would not stay in place but I had no idea how to replace the bolt...what kind, how big, how to put it on...my head hurt trying to figure it out. I brought the chair into the store and explained to a kind young man what was my problem. That guy was the greatest employee ever! He was so patient in helping me find the right bolt and the backing. It took several attempts but he found the right stuff to use to keep the handle in place. Bless that fellow, he took out the old bolt and put in the new one for me! I'm so grateful to have a sturdy chair once again. Clean, well-stocked and friendly, helpful personnel everywhere; great store.

I moved out to this area in 1992. This location was the only decent hardware, home store Years ago for everyone to shop at before the competitors and competition arrived to take over Hall Rd. (M-59) Now it's so busy, crazy and over-populated in Macomb, Clinton and Shelby Township, that this Home Depot STILL always serves my needs in between other hardware stores.. Upon walking in the door baskets are always available. Everything's always organized in here with great displays. The shelves are neatly stocked and items are always available based on weekly sales. Based on a monthly visit in here especially in the summer time with home projects, there are many employees in the well labeled departments willing to help, assist and have knowledge when looking for a particular item part or a question regarding a home project. Today my Mom needed an entry door lock for her back door. The house is old from 1954. over the past 35 years ? or more the lock tumbler was tripping, so the door knob would not stay locked and it was not to be fixed. In the past 4 years I found a great brand Kwikset that I highly recommend. (Previous problem I had here at home). it's easy to install and you can key it to your previous key without having to start over. "I can say my shopping experience was successful = I nailed it !" Great prices, name brands and also Home Depot brands that can assist with your projects and fast purchases. Their return policy is 90 days. Upbeat music playing throughout the story to keep you happy while shopping. They have "You scan check out", which makes it quick and fast and rewards to tabulate your purchases for future reference. Saving more, doing more, that's the Home Depot way to go. Orange is one my favorite colors too LOL
