2 bent up out of square radiators in a row. 1 guy working his tail off up front while a white guy sitting in the back doing nothing...terrible place. Mike said all radiators will be bent up ?? so here is a picture of a perfect radiator from AUTOZONE MIKE

My buddy needed antifreeze for his Cadillac the guy working behind the counter was awesome. Went and got it for us. And we needed a funnel and he let us use one. But he didn't realize we didn't have the car with us . hats off to the gentleman for letting us use the funnel and the great service. I hope you pay him a lot because he's a keeper very helpful.

Woo-hoo, a normal parts store, some staff needs a bit more knowledge. It's still a better place than the other one up the road..... Only had to go back once for the wrong part grabbed.

This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever ever had. When I walked in, I greeted the guy upfront his name was Chris and asked him if he could come outside to check my car and he immediately gave an attitude and said we do not go outside when I know this is not true because they have done it plenty of times for me before. Wouldn’t be able to considering they already had two people working there and there was no customer in line. Me and the guy got into it a little bit because I don’t understand why they would not be able to help so I asked the other guy And he said he couldn’t do it because he had back pain. I was only asking for something that took no more than two minutes just to check how many quarts of oil My car takes.
Also, the guy told me to get out of the store. That’s not a way to talk to your customers he even proceeded to threaten to call the cops. The employees were eating in front of the customer and that is just not professional. Will not come back here again.

Another horrible experience. Ordered a part earlier in the morning. Said I'd be ready in an hr. Only brake pads which it showed they had in stock . Waited until 1230 to ask where is my part. To the team member response, I processed it this morning. I said well l never received an email. He told me that he has nothing to do with it. But I hung up on him in a rage and what do you know a few seconds later I get an email. Just straight up lie. Now having said that. I have been there for other things and the staff is as been very helpful and friendly it's just the one guy who has a problem. Management needs to clean house .

My family has been going to the O'Reilly's at 21-mile road and Van Dyke Ave. in Utica MI since it changed from Murrays. My elderly father went in yesterday 3/19 because he needed windshield wiper blades for his truck. The gentleman who assisted him was very rude and not compassionate. My father recently had surgery on his hands and his mobility is very hindered. The employee assisted him with finding the ones he needed but when my father asked for assistance putting them on the employee replied "I don't do that". My father stated that he thought they assisted with that. He replied with well O'Reilly may but I do not. The employee with an attitude then grabbed his jacket and followed my father outside. While outside my father was watching what the employee was doing because he wanted to see how the clips came off. The employee then stated to him "Why are you watching me do this if you can't do it yourself" My father told him about the surgery and how he would usually do this himself he just can not while recovering. The employee continued to have an attitude stating several remarks about how he should not be responsible for doing this. I am very shocked by this experience because that is not ok to do when someone asks for assistance. I informed my father to not return to that store anymore if that is how someone is to be treated. There are many other places we can go that will be happy to assist.

The smaller bolts next to the bolts for my front calipers are what I went in for but chris faught with me 10 minutes about how I was wrong. I came in just wanting to make sure I was leaving with correct parts and was respectful and he clearly had no idea what he was talking about. I was a mechanic for 3 years and did brakes all the time before changing career to IT so I know what I’m doing and I specialized in ford. But I figured I would give me the benefit of the doubt and wasn’t going to fight with him on it anymore. Called them back and Vince answered the phone and was just as unhelpful and not very empathetic and apologetic to my situation. The fact Chris is the assistant manager is beyond me and he should not be in a management position with his lack of customer service skills and knowledge. I even told them my car has drum brakes in the rear so there is no way for them to have those bolts in the back cause it does not have a caliper. The lack of accountability and respect given to customers from both Vince and Chris is shameful. I am going to a completely other location to return my 80$ in parts for brakes that I have purchased cause they were disrespectful and argumentative with customers immediately before they can even get a word out. I asked Chris if he had the parts in stock twice then the third time he got all snippy and said “That’s what I’m writing down” instead of letting me that they had them in stock and that he is going to retrieve them in a respectful way
