Denied my dog grooming services because he was scared and too “jumpy” apparently. Terrible customer service working with a new pups first time at the groomers. Just sent us home… won’t be using petsmart grooming services ever again

The pet hotel was not to my liking. They expected my 11 year old dog to pee indoors on a puppy pad as my dog only knows how to go potty outdoors as any adult dog in which I was not aware of until I picked up my dog. I paid extra for more human time with my dog but I'm unsure if this even happened as there wasn't a description on this in his report or my Petsmart account. All I got was 2 pictures of my dog emailed to me the day before I picked my dog up. My dogs bed that I provided was damp and wet from the employees "cleaning it". I had to re-clean the bed as it smelled horrible. The report card they give you when you pick up your pet is just a check box questionnaire that isn't personal to your animal. Not a good pethotel I was expecting from a well known store.
