DON'T come to this location! The management is very unprofessional, staff are extremely rude. I ordered a delivery and got charged for it and never received my order and no one there helped me! Every time I called they put me on hold for at least 20 mins after that they either hung up or if they answer they say I don't have enough informations!!!!

I’ve been going here for at least 4 or 5 years now. They are always fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Plus, between my membership and my insurance, I rarely have to pay for prescriptions. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

This review is for Utica location only. This store is managed very very poorly. Yesterday I watched a sample server start screaming at a customer for no apparent reason. On the way out we noticed the cafe had only one employee working the counter, while 20 people waited in line forever. Ironically I watched several people just stand around all over the store, meanwhile this cafe employee is unable to keep up while Sams club upsets customers. Then, early this am I ordered a TV. The unit is in stock yet they can't pull it for days. Told me I can either pull the stock myself, or wait till the decide to do it. I just ordered the same TV from Best Buy next door, it's ready in less than hour. Be careful Sams Club, people may take business elsewhere.

The foodcourt area is dirty. The tables are almost never clean and the service is slow. I wonder when the last time the health control came in and did a surprise check.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR TIRES OR ANY MECHANICAL WORK. The purchasing of the tires was great. However the installation was a mess. They have a team of 3 people that can't put one tire correctly. What was an appointment that should have taken 45min to 1 hour resulted in a 2 hour ordeal, because the incompetence of the workers that put tires backwards, and just stood there on their phones laughing and fooling around instead of correcting the job. I understand times are tough to find quality workers, but I would go to Belle tire or some place similar, to avoid any headaches

Great place. I wish they would stop moving stuff around. They made some recent upgrades that make things a little better and easier to shop. they have been out of stock on a lot of things, but that isn't Sam's fault. Supply chain is broken everywhere.

Pharmacy employees does not wear masks when they bring prescription to curb side pick up area. Why they do not wear mask even when they speak to customers. If they do not care about customers well-being, they should not work at pharmacy. Multiple times in recent months I had a older women pharmacy emplyee bring prescription to curb side pick up without wearing mask and communicate with me without wearing mask like they do not care about customers well-being. I Do not want CORONA.

I'm a Costco customer, have been ever since my first child which has been nearly 15 years now. I often find my green with envy over the Sam's Club photos posted on Yelp, especially of the sushi pictures. Well, as of today, I no longer have to be jealous. I'm official a member. Do I get a "Members Only" jacket now??? LOLThe sole reason I joined, as I'm still a Costco member too, is because it was Free. And who doesn't like Free?? They send out a coupon in our local Valupak for a Free $45 Gift Card, when you purchased a $45 membership. That's a deal in my book, and reason enough for me to sign up. Ethan, the member employee was friendly and quick signing me and my hubby up for a joint membership (even though he wasn't with me at the time). He gave me my temporary paper membership and my $45 Gift Card and I was off exploring a new wear house. I'll be honest, I wasn't too overly impressed or excited about anything they carried. Nothing grabbed my attention bother than the gallons of milk, which were only $2.22, and I did purchase 3 at that low price. I love the sushi platters they have, and the great variety and low prices. I did not grab any today but most certainly will in the future, either for parties or just for a appetizers before dinner. Some things seems better than Costco and some things didn't. We've had their fresh made chicken pot pie in the past and I will say, it was really quite good. Cheese prices were great and in line with Costco. Sam's had a few more options I am looking forward to trying. I didn't browse the liquor, beer or wine, but plan on it next visit. Overall, I'm glad I joined and am certain I'll visit often in the next year. I'm happy that I was able to finally join- and at no cost either. That's a great deal! Checks out was very quick. I wasn't overly wowed by anything and for my first real visit it was just a 3, but Ethan bumped it to a 4 for me. I will say this- I love the food court for their giant soft pretzels, frozen Icees and frozen soft serve yogurt. At $1 each I'll never pass up these deals when I come. I didn't get my "Members Only" jacket, but maybe there're going to mail it to me ; )

I had a tire go bad. Eric from the tire department took EXCELLENT care of me! He ordered replacements and made sure my warranty paid for most of it! Thanks Eric and Sam's Club!
