I tried to call twice just to ask about a lost wallet. I was put on hold for 8min and 49 seconds and then the phone went back to ringing and no one picked up. So I called back and no one picked up again after 2 minutes and 51 seconds. Very disappointed.

Bottle return machine down. Two pop machines down. Dirty food court area. Seen mom and two kids eating and leaving food containers in different isle..will not be returning to that store.

Even I know Sam’s Club customer service is poor than other competitive business, this branch is more slower than other business, I have canceled my order after waiting in two hours, my question if you guys not able to handle why you except wide range of orders?
My suggestion is could be manager need to be trained as a management professional, and employee need to to know the system and learn how to smartly work faster to fulfill all the customers request.

Do not use the curbside pickup. Terrible experience. Once I pulled in all the spots were filled, so I went inside to just pick it up myself and be on my way. Once waiting inside for ten minutes I found they cancelled 6 items on my order because they were not in stock. However after I put all my stuff in my car I came back into the store and realized they had 2 full pallets of what was cancelled.
So long story short I had to come inside anyway because the workers were to lazy to go get what I needed off the floor. I won't be back.

I like this store, but today I felt like I was being pressured to up grade my membership. I was at self checkout, it was 4 minutes before 10am. Your employee was rude and told me that I'm not allowed to enter the store until 10. I know I can't checkout until 10, but 4 minutes is not that big of a deal. BJs let's anyone in at 8am, maybe ya'll should change your policy so people can checkout and shop at 9am. You pick and choose who can shop and what time. Some of us can't afford to pay you $110 a year to shop at your store. I will have to think if I'm going to renew my membership when it expires. Thank you, Rowenna Harless
