Total disaster. The silver lining? The night staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. But that's pretty much where the positives ended. We walked into our room and were greeted by a sight that made us cringe – mysterious oily and white stains all over the place. I don't even want to guess what they were. And the smell? Let's just say it wasn't the scent of cleanliness. More like an old salad with too much vinegar. We went to the front desk manager about it who was very nice, apologized and upgraded us to a one bedroom. But the upgrade was just as filthy. As if that wasn't bad enough, it seemed like every nook and cranny of the hotel was neglected. The lobby, the halls – all of it looked like it hadn't seen a decent cleaning session in ages. And to top it all off, when we tried to warm up the room, it smelled like something was burning. Not exactly the cozy vibe we were going for.In short, our hotel stay was a messy, smelly ordeal. Despite the friendly faces at the front desk, we left with a sour taste in our mouths and won't be booking there again anytime soon.

The decor was nice, but worn. Lots of chipped furniture. A toilet that wouldn't flush. Maid that kept knocking at the door 3 hours before check out, and came back 2 more times.

We stayed for a week at Christmas. Was perfect for our two kids and dog. Free breakfast was a great addition and saved us a ton of money. Negative review is due to them double -charging my card upon check out. Receipt shows only one charge but credit card was charged twice for the same amount. Called several times and management never returned my call. I submitted a review on IHG and still never heard back. Finally, a front desk person told me the manager would likely not give a refund and told me I would have more success doing a charge back on my credit card. Will likely not stay here again since management doesn't care about their guests.

The Hotel itself is nice the location is perfect. But they don’t have security so therefore the guest are allowed to do whatever they want. I called and complained about the noise over my head and nothing was done about it. Although we can’t control what people do there should be some kind of consequences to foolishness that disturb other guest. I called the property after checking out and no one bother to call me back dr management as promised. If you’re looking for peace and quietness this is not the place. ?????????

My family and I stayed here and it was perfect! We have two small kids so the breakfast was a huge hit with them. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the bed was AMAZING! I told my husband I would miss the bed the most! The rooms are cleaned daily and the kitchen is great! It has a full size refrigerator and dishwasher, microwave and stove (ours had two burners-no oven) This was probably one of the coziest places we have ever stayed.Breakfast is made fresh daily. The grounds are kept nice and clean. We loved it so much we booked another trip 5 weeks from now.I can’t wait to go back!Noteworthy details: The staff was sooo nice! If we needed anything, they were on top of it. The ladies who make the breakfast are so nice!! My boys were in love with the bacon and waffles.

Stay here from 10/25-10/31. It’s tucked away in a corner which I liked. There was always parking. Everyone at the front desk was great! They had coffee and tea for 24hrs. Breakfast was every morning and always hot. The room we had upon arrival was clean and roomy. The reason for my 4 stars is nothing is ever perfect right? The laundry room needs some work or new appliances the washer I put my clothes in I had to take out wet because it was working and not working. The washer I put my clothes in next was not working, had to put my clothes back in the first washer I used. I asked the front desk I need to “rig” it a bit. Other than that, I would stay here again. Oh and housekeeping was always so nice too! I don’t remember the ladies name but she was a sweetheart.

The room layout is great. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen. The hotel lobby is very inviting and nice. The rooms have very dim lighting, they need more lamps. The hotel in general needs renovation. In the hallways and rooms, the drywall , paint and trim is a mess. Our very small living room TV wasn't getting a good picture, so I called the front desk and was told to "wiggle the wire in the back of the TV". The bedrooms for some reason have big TVs.

Nicest room I have ever stayed in! The king room had a small sitting area with a full size couch, kitchenette with a full-size fridge, and the most comfortable bed to ever bless a hotel room. We originally booked for only one night and decided to stay longer. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a full hot breakfast - not just your typical cold continental breakfast a lot of hotels have been serving post COVID. Great water pressure from the showers, very clean, and close to everything nearby. They even leave little snacks and amenities in the room for your stay. Would highly recommend staying here for a getaway, extended stay, or it would also be an extra nice location for business trip bookings.Noteworthy details: Full size fridge/dishwasher/microwave in room. Large couches and desk living room space. Great shower pressure. Happy hour/social hour Mon-Wed. Small details left in room such as utensils, free snacks, shampoos/toiletries. Spacious room. Very nice continental breakfast. Beautiful main areas and amenities. Comfortable/plush beds with extra blankets left in the room.

I usually stay at the Hampton Inn, however, decided to give Staybridge a try. I was not disappointed!! The rates were very reasonable for the amenities provided. The rooms were spacious, clean, loved the mini kitchen, the water pressure was amazing, breakfast was delicious, and the pool area is the best I have seen at a hotel! Definitely will stay here again and again!

They have an amazing outdoor pool. The staff is great and accommodating. The pool is perfect temperature, especially for an outdoor pool in the spring. It's not cold but it's not too hot. The hot tub is nice and warm. Powerful jets beds are nice. Not too hard. Not too soft. Definitely recommend this place if you're just passing through or you plan on spending a long-term stay. I really enjoyed myself

Not kid friendly or special needs friendly at all. The walls must be paper thin, because my nephew with special needs was just being changed and there was a noise complaint filed. If we were blasting cocomelon or running around, I would understand, but he was being changed. How thin are the walls if a changing warrants a noise complaint. They kept pounding on the walls even after we tried putting them to bed, so their dad had to take them home and they ended up missing my wedding. There was also something like vomit still caked on the curtains, shoddy repairs throughout the rooms. One lamp that was supposed to have two bulbs, just had one, and that one didn't work. There looked like those little neon toothpicks sticking out of the ceiling and like it hadn't been vacuumed. The living room of the two room suite wasn't humid, but the bedrooms felt cold and damp.

Incredible! Wonderful! Grateful! Just a few words that come to mind after our stay at Staybridge. Our pipes burst in our home while we were on vacation and we needed a place to call ‘home’ while our house was being renovated. Buki, Mildred and staff were so good to us from the moment we walked in that door. They were all very caring and compassionate. The housekeeping staff was so friendly, they would take time to visit. We were devastated about our home, but everything happens for a reason and God truly blessed us with our stay there. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did to help my husband, myself and my two teenage daughters feel at ‘home’. Highly recommend it for long term or short term stays! And yes, they breakfast was amazing, 7 days a week and a light meal Monday - Wednesday for social hour. Free laundry.

The hotel smelled of weed most of our 31 night stay. Fire alarms went off at 9 pm and again at 1am, with blinking fire alarms lights for over 24 hours. We stayed for 31 nights with the agreement state taxes would be adjusted, and the general manager, Ken is refusing to adjust. Would not recommend this hotel at all.I received a response finally from management on Friday, December 16th via response to this review. 6 days after check out! The tax was adjusted on Friday December 16, confirmed on my credit card statement. Also adding blatant lies about me. I never refused to pay for the pet deposit, much to my surprise they forgot to charge me. Something is seriously wrong with the culture of this hotel.

Worst experience EVER of any hotel I have ever gotten. How do u give away rooms when your system crashes that is uncalled for?? Nothing much was done for this? Free room oh yeah. I have stayed at like a 100 hundred hotels over the past 8 years for work. Nothing like this ever happened. Manager didn't do much either. Other hotel they sent us to was sadly better very strange. Points!!

Ended my stay on a BAD NOTE I STADED THERE 3 WEEKS AND WE NEEDED ONE MORE WEEK so I asked to extend my stay but the said that all the rooms were booked. I still had 2 days left on my stay but there booked that room without asking if I would need more. It just goes to show this place is all about the MONEY SUCKS BUT IT IS. DONT STAY HERE. THERE ARE A LOT AROUND.
