We had windows installed through Home Depot over a year ago. Good price, decent installation but warranty work has been less than desirable. Excuses, no response to requests and months waiting for repairs. We purchased a Pella window through the Pella store in our area, had warranty work done quickly with no hassle. Buyer beware.

I purchased a new dishwasher. The sales person did not ask any questions about my kitchen layout. Nor did he discuss the fact that my kitchen layout could be prohibitive for installation of a dishwasher. When the installer arrived, he refused to install the new dishwasher, nor remove the broken dishwasher. When I called the store, they refused to remediate the issue other than removing the dishwasher that I purchased, and told me that if I wished a rebate or my delivery and installation charges, then I needed to call a different department. I had to call a 3rd party appliance installation company to remedy my problem. I will never purchase any goods or services from this company again.

They need new speakers the music sounds horrible in this store. Believe me!Just wear earplugs when you go in. Everything else is good though.

Great customer service! Especially the returns department. They are very fair and quick and always have a smile on their faces. In every department I am immediately greeted with "can I help you find something?". They always are in stock.

Chuck is the man, he went above and beyond for our requests and was very helpful! We needed a few cuts on some wood and he came through clutch! 6 stars!

The automatic cash registers are always broken. When you go to a unmarked broken register a boomer Karen brushes behind and steals the only working register. Home depot has no clear directions for the checkout. They spill overstocked merchandise in front of the machines. (Meijer clearly explains customers to line up single file. With plenty of room to line up in a orderly fashion.) Home depot never has real people at the regular checkout lines. I get so frustrated with this company. Lowes, Menards, Ace and ACO never have these same problems. Hopefully this location gets closed down and a different chain can take it over. The manager must be a real cheapskate. They only have one person working the automatic registers and no one else on the regular checkouts.

Jim with the lawn department was very nice and helpful! He took the time to explain the difference between mowers and had great customer service.

WORST experience ever with a delivery company. Company used by Home Depot to deliver a dishwasher Linn Star Transfer. 1st attempt: Received call to schedule delivery, cleared our schedule to accommodate, truck called 1/2 hour before, showed up - only to find out they didn't have the dishwasher on the truck. Dispatcher blamed manufacturer for not getting appliance on truck in time. (Wouldn't it be a delivery company's responsibility to insure they had what they were going to deliver?) Said I could call the manufacturer if I wanted to complain - seriously. No priority given in rescheduling. Waited another 9 days. 2nd attempt: driver shows up, wants to enter with no mask during COVID-19 pandemic - violating health laws. Entry was refused until he got a mask. He comes back with one. Then proceeds to start making up reasons why they can't install the new dishwasher because of a copper line attached. Indicates a company policy - which was never communicated by Home Depot in any paperwork. I told him I would remove the copper line for him. Then he makes an absurd statement - "well you have to do it in 15 minutes because that's all the time we have scheduled" - I told him it would take me 5 minutes. I did it in 2 minutes. He then refuses to haul away the old dishwasher despite the water line now disconnected and we already paid for old unit haul away. He continues to make up every excuse in the book about for not doing what they were paid to do. By this time, we refused complete delivery of the new dishwasher and called Home Depot to demand a refund. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, unaccomodating, unreasonable delivery company as a homeowner of 22 years. As such, I will NEVER shop at HOME DEPOT again or use any company that uses this company for delivery/installation. Look at Google for all the 1 star reviews of this delivery / installation service. Yet they still use them. Their contract with Home Depot and any other appliance company that cares about their reputation should be canceled.

by far the worst laid out home Depot I've ever been to in my life I've gone to probably 30 plus home depots Do not come here nothing is where it should be. I need a two tools and neither one of them were in tool world. They were down separate aisles both on opposite ends of the store. The HVAC aisle is way in the back of the store with no clear sign from the front entrance of which way to go to get to it.

A good place for any large scale hobby or renovation. Has everything a normal Home Depot has, also employees are nice plus the store is laid out nice.

I purchased a paint roller on line because they did not sell them in the store. I went to one of the lockers. They had an issue opening it. However they did gave me my roller. I did not end up needing it, so I had all the packaging all the papers to return it, and they said the computer said i never picked it up, and there I stood with the roller, the paper and the prof that they charged my debt card. Now i will say the employee GARY, was really nice and did what he could, but I was there for over an hour, while they called problem resolutions, and we had to convince them that i did indeed have the roller. This was crazy for a 20.00 roller and they could not return it. This process is stupid, if the locker can say you never picked the item up. REALLY. I hate to give even on star
