“Awesome experience during something that is generally a headache. Lydia is a great office manager and communicates very well, they provide updates throughout the entire process and my repair was completed a bit ahead of schedule! The quality of repair is well done and not noticeable compared to the surrounding area, paint matches perfectly and they even detailed the inside of my vehicle as well. They managed payment efficiently with my insurance provider, all I had to do was drop off my car and pick it up shortly after, no hoops to jump through or waiting for reimbursement everything was streamlined and efficient. I hope I don’t need their services again in the near future but if I do I’ll trust my body shop needs to the crew at car star Hamlin!”

“Even though they told me they were only going to charge me $80 to tow my vehicle and they charged me $100, and the guy said he put l new lug nuts on my tires for free even though I didn't ask for them and then they ended up charging me for that also(an extra $20 some $). And even though I know how much my part cost because I used to work for the place that supplied the part, the supplier told me how much they charge them, they charged me almost triple what they paid for the part from the supplier........My vehicle, which is 20 years old, broke down. I told him I was kind of in a hurry I needed to get my work truck fixed so I can get back to work , they came and picked it up with a tow truck, they happily fixed it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone there was very nice and very professional.--even though they gouged me for like 200 extra dollars I still would recommend them”
“I went into Bill's Automotive on a sales call and as Shawn and I were talking I had a chance to ask him a question about a new car I had bought. Shawn went above and beyond to answer my question and spent time with me to help figure out the issue and in the end saved me from spending 700 bucks. “Kristi Hudson had been instrumental in procuring the correct catalytic converter for my 2004 Toyota Tundra pickup truck from the auto-parts supplier. Due to the corrosion on the defective catalytic converter, the mechanic had a difficult time of removing the bolts. Subsequently, the truck was transferred from Troy Auto Care II to Troy Auto Care on Austin Drive for additional repair work. The repair was accomplished professionally and in a timely manner. Thank-you for a job well done!”

“I don't know if I even have the words to express how grateful I am for these guys ! I have had a string of problems with my truck and not only did they get out fast but they were so helpful . I had the truck in for a repair with them that they finished in one day. When it rains it pours about a week later I had another totally different issue and I was actually stranded in a parking lot because the engine wouldn't turn over.I was ready to breakdown and cry and they saved me once again within minutes of calling ! Last month I decided to replace my engine in my Yukon XL Denali with a brand new engine. All i can say is that I am glad I picked Chuck's because the warranty you get is only as good as the shop that installed it.
