“When my car wouldn’t start, I took it to Car Aid in Shelby. After they replaced the starter motor and a battery cable, the car started fine — but once I drove home, it wouldn’t start again. When I had it towed back to Car Aid, they said they needed to charge another $450 just for further diagnosis and couldn’t tell me how much the repair would ultimately cost.
So, I had the car towed to South Street Auto Care instead. They quoted $850 for diagnosis alone, also with no clear estimate for the actual repair — even more expensive!
Finally, I brought my car to Bill’s Automotive. They diagnosed and fixed the problem for only $217.01. How can you beat that?”

“Even though they told me they were only going to charge me $80 to tow my vehicle and they charged me $100, and the guy said he put l new lug nuts on my tires for free even though I didn't ask for them and then they ended up charging me for that also(an extra $20 some $). And even though I know how much my part cost because I used to work for the place that supplied the part, the supplier told me how much they charge them, they charged me almost triple what they paid for the part from the supplier........My vehicle, which is 20 years old, broke down. I told him I was kind of in a hurry I needed to get my work truck fixed so I can get back to work , they came and picked it up with a tow truck, they happily fixed it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone there was very nice and very professional.--even though they gouged me for like 200 extra dollars I still would recommend them”

I had major work done on it ..Again I had a excellent experience with the communication regarding my truck , was promised my vehicle by the end of the day on Friday and obligation was met. “Visited yesterday....family business whose name is legendary in the local automotive community. Nathan carries on as thirst generation in a quite competent and more importantly CARING manner...a true service oriented individual that goes the extra mile in assisting customers (which was obviously well-honed from his grandfather and father!) Very clean and orderly shop, especially comparing that to others in the area. Add Ryan working away, and other staff, and it was easy to see why such a great organization continues on. My repair was done well, appointment timing accurate, and more importantly promised time punctual! Communication was excellent, and their attitude exemplifies the mindset to go ABOVE AND BEYOND in making the customer happy! THEY CARE....which is often a rarity in the industry!
SIMPLY: These guys run a GREAT SHOP!
Will definitely be my FIRST CHOICE when the need hits!!

When it rains it pours about a week later I had another totally different issue and I was actually stranded in a parking lot because the engine wouldn't turn over.I was ready to breakdown and cry and they saved me once again within minutes of calling !
