DO NOT COME TO ZIEBART
I went in there and got a full undercoat on my truck, they forced be to buy a $150 extra “rust spray” (it doesn’t do a thing). Then i get the truck back. They never cleaned the frame or the underneath. Just sprayed on top of all the dirt. Within 3 days, the undercoat was already peeling off the truck. I told the manager about this and he said to bring it back and they would make it right. All they did was wash the underneath. The issue is, it’s too late. all the mud and dirt was under the spray. I took it back again and they tried to scrape off the undercoat and start over. They couldn’t get it off and told me that i was out of luck. They refused any refund and had to dispute it with the bank. Don’t go here if you want to keep your truck nice. Many other shops that will actually do the job correctly. Terrible Work and Service.

I highly recommend You DO NOT get your vehicle serviced here. I was told that they would pressure wash and remove the rust from my undercarriage that DID NOT happen. I still had piles of dirt on my frame that they just sprayed the rust protectant right over the top of it all, I can literally shove my finger in it. Everything I pointed out to the main manager was met with excuse after excuse, after excuse even to the point where he put down the quality of my vehicle due to the rust, which was only surface. It was a horrible job. I was so excited to see my truck rust free, but that’s not what I got at all I am highly upset. $199 for rust removal is what they offer. I was told after the fact that it’s not rust removal it’s a just a neutralizer And then they just spray over the top of it with this goop and it’s not even an even spray and they didn’t even cover the whole undercarriage they missed a bunch of spots. It looks horrible. 0/5 stars

$1300.00 paid For their “Diamond package”
I brought my car to Ziebart without asking any questions or bargaining on the price. They promised a lot of services, but when I got my car back, the only thing I could assess was the ceramic coating and buffing because I’m no expert in underlayment. Right away, I could tell they hadn’t even properly cleaned or buffed the car. They just applied a clear coat to make it look shiny, but you could still see all the imperfections—tiny rust spots from the brakes they said they’d buff out were still there.
I took the car back the next day, and they promised to touch it up and make it right. Instead, they ended up damaging all the plastic parts on my car. I don’t know if they did anything to protect the doors from rust like they said they would. It’s hard to tell because I can’t verify it myself. There were still many areas they missed, and while they may have covered up some spots, I have no confidence in the quality of the work.
I paid $1,300, no questions asked, and gave them a second chance to fix the issues. They still didn’t do it right. The guy at the front desk (don’t remember his name) seemed shady, avoiding eye contact and dodging my concerns. When I mentioned the problems, he deflected by asking about my interior, which was nothing special. For the price I paid, they should’ve cleaned every inch of it, but that wasn’t the case.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’m beyond disappointed. This review is to warn others because I’m not looking for anything from them at this point.

I, John Kavalick, husband of Christine, have been having Ziebart services for a number of years. The Utica store is exceptional in their pure professional approach and follow up. My 2024 Chevrolet Equinox RS looks better than the day I purchased it from the dealership. Eric Fagan says what he will do and then delivers exactly what he says. I highly recommend this Ziebart shop. Keep up the good work and know you are appreciated!

Wow! My 2021 mini van is practically brand new again. Ziebart did an amazing job detailing the interior and exterior. They also applied fabric protection, leather conditioner,and Germ defender to preserve the inside... as well as a ceramic Z-Gloss to preserve the exterior paint, rust protection and undercoating.... and lastly we got window tint for all the windows. This was top notch service, everything turned out perfect. And Eric and Sarah were great with communicating anything i would need to know. They know their stuff! My son keeps calling it "our new van :)".
