  2 times I've been treated rudely by Michelle. I've been a long time member and have visited both branches in Vassar, Millington, otisville, birch run, and Frankenmuth. If she is a little rushed she seems rude. I prefer this branch as it is closer to my home but I think I will no longer be using this branch. Thanks for your time

  They keep screwing me around. Everytime I try to do anything through this branch a month later I have to have to transferred to the downtown branch.
