Went there after having a dead battery, had battery on charger for about 45 minutes reading at 81%, called to see if they had a battery for my truck, which they did. Drove up there to purchase new battery and the man who runs the store said let's check the battery out first, nothing wrong with the battery or the alternator, he could have sold me a $200 battery and not batted an eye,but chose instead to check it out and find nothing wrong. I have had no troubles since but did make a appointment with dealership for a complete check up. I highly recommend Vassar Automotive to anyone in this area. Great People, Great Place.

The guys here are fast in service. Needed a wiper blade, took it off, and put a new one on. The man also scrape off a little ice that I had on the windshield where the heater was this is where the blades were resting on thank you for the info. Thank you for helping me

Came in (a woman). Person at register didn't acknowledge me. Walked around the store. Still nothing (not a problem at this point). Didn't find what I was looking for so I walked up to the register. Guy up there (still not looking at me) says "what are you looking for?"
I thought he was talking to me so I told him.
He wasn't. He proceeds to pick up the phone and talk to the person on the other end about what they wanted And the price.
He never acknowledged me. Not a "be with you in a second" or a "let me finish this call". Nothing.
Highly do not recommend. Go to Millington where they actually want customers.
