Very helpful and friendly! I was easily able to book online and later I called to confirm if I did everything correctly. Also, they are very detailed in letting you know everything before you move your belongings inside your unit.

So impressed with the customer service! Not even an hour after I rented out a unit I got a call asking if I had any questions and she told me if I needed anything to not hesitate to call.
These units are also VERY well kept. I also love the 24hr security. I would highly recommend MyStorage!

These people are really nice and helpful and they answer any questions you ask them about they are very friendly people it's really easy to get any unit they have available just a phone call or even online plus you have an account payment online or just over the phone . I would recommend anyone else to them .
