The owner called me soon after I got off the phone with my insurance company to introduce himself and talked me through the next steps of the process with me. He kept in touch with me and worked around my schedule. I arrived early and they had no problem taking my truck in and started working instantly. While I waited they made sure I was comfortable, offering refreshments. They were efficient with the work they did and it turned out great!! They made me feel like I was more than a customer.
