Highly experienced and top notch work! Richards Sewer and Septic has numerous years of experience and knowledge with septic systems and sewage pumps. The excavation work when finished is smooth and ready for seeding/water. Their work is like a designer installation—designed to last. Don’t settle for the cheapest, settle for the best!Services: Septic system installation

So, first off, full disclaimer, I am a web developer per career that specializes in SEO. I am the expert companies hire when they want increase their online presence, or decrease competition presence. That said, I understand the importance of honest reviews and strive for honesty when l decide to review a business. My wife and I were in need of a new septic system and she chose the Richards. Did they get the job done? Yes. Was there any dilegence or quality to their work? None. They work the entire time as if it is an Olympic race to the finish. This would be great for some jobs, but with this one, if you expect your property to be treated with any respect, look elsewhere. They could care less about your yard or property and almost leave you wondering if they had an internal bet as to who could ruin your surroundings faster. They worked in the rain and turned our yard into a mud pit derby. Sure looked like they were having fun, but our yard sure paid the price. If you live any type of neighborhood, well you best look elsewhere big you think that they will have any respect for that either. NOne. They tore around our small neighborhood, again as if they were in competition to ruin it the fastest. They ruined neighboring roads as well as ours and did not think twice about it. We even had to ask them to come back one occasion and clean inches of dirt and debris they left covering the entire road. Alas, one week into ruining our property they suddenly decided after having already well ruined our property, that it was too wet to finish. So they left our yard in peril for over a week before coming back to finish. Come to find out, they simply wanted to take a little holiday vacation while our yard lay as if a nuclear bomb had hit. I think this is enough review. You make the call, we made a mistake hiring them. If you have worked hard to live where you do and want to hire a business that will treat your property with even any respect, then I seriously urge you to move on, pay that extra thousand or two and feel like your property and neighborhood we're treated with the respect you yourself would also garner. They are finishing as I type this and I will surely update this review if I feel anything to addService: Septic system installation

There drivers don’t know how to drive. I was driving down D Ave and Riverview when one of there dump trucks cut off traffic causing a truck with a loaded trailer in front of me to swerve out of the way. The dump truck really needs to know how to use this modern technology called turn signals or hazards.

We found out our tank was full (backing up the toilets in the store full) at 5pm on a wednesday and had our annual Open House the next afternoon. Managed to get ahold of Mr. Richards and he came out early the next morning with a service truck and a pump truck and was finished before 10am. Great service on very short notice from us.
