I payed cash for a part and had to have my return put on a credit card and wait for 7 to 10 days. This is poor business practice and I will never shop there again. If you expect cash back on a return. Good luck. The other parts stores are more than happy to do returns right

I spent nearly $1000 the last two weeks with NAPA in Vicksburg/Portage. Today I went to order additional parts for our truck and was told they are only selling to dealers. What gives. My money was good last week this week is not. I called AutoZone, they told me would sell me parts. They are not restricting individuals from purchasing needed supplies. I will never shop Napa again.
