The staff is friendly, however the store is very cluttered and shoppers have a difficult time to maneuver the aisles. If you see someone in the aisle you know not to attempt to go down it. I think they need to expand the store or find an off site storage area. This clutter could be a fire hazard. The newer store in Bessemer is a little larger and nicer which I have been shopping at.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. 6 young adults walk in there needing to use the restroom and buy some necessary food. When we walk in and ask if the bathroom is for public use and the one employee had quite the attitude saying there is 1 and took her sweet time to give the key to us to use. We then took turns using the 1 bathroom even though there were two but they covered the identification of which restroom is for men and women to use it for their own personal gain and not let us use the other. We then all purchased something and were forced to all use the self checkout while one of the employees stood warming her hands up and staring at us while the other employee stocked cigarettes. I have never had a worse experience at this store and recommend nobody every going there. So beyond disappointed in the employees attitudes. If you don’t want to help people, simply don’t have a customer service job.
