One of your LTL driver's decided to cut off my company truck this morning so your driver could pick up a hot dog. Way to cut off a fully loaded 53 foot trailer and then brake check my guy!
Called in in to be blown off by the driver's supervisor, unsafe move by your driver should be reprimanded.
Great way to drive out there!! Do better ABF!

They went over the top to accommodate me. I didn't bring the right trailer to handle the load. They sat the load aside until I went back home for a bigger trailer. They got me loaded for the second time and sent me on my way.

ABF WAS known to be a very popular carrier for our business. We haul Cans that can be fragile at times. We had a open claim with some damage with ABF costing under $500, there was clear damage made by them stacking pallets on non stackable pallets... but they claimed that the normal packaging and conditions of LTL causes these cans to be crushed and rejected the claim. Every other LTL carrier has owned up to their errors and made it right. I wont be using ABF with our product.

I'm so tired of dealing with them. You can't even have a say in when your stuff is delivered. If there's a delay there's a hold. I'm just tired. Communication is just horrible. Never ever had this much issues with any delivery

Excellent! 10/10 Call: ABF FREIGHT for U-Pack reservations. It was all so easy, they drop, you fill and lock, they deliver! Reasonably flexible with pickups, on time, courteous driver, professional communication, great service, clean! Moved cross country with confidence that my belongings were safely moved.

Abf driver came to my location last week and left his dolly here.. they come here regularly.. Great guy. I have the dolly in my shipping dept if he wants to come back and pick it up...

They pride themselves on safety, but I just had a driver driving truck #12312 almost run me into a guardrail.The only reason he didn’t was because I slammed on my breaks.As I passed him, he had a headset on and was yucking it up, completely oblivious to the situation.

They have delivered several of my appliance to me and they have been incredible. The dispatchers that call are professional and helpful. The driver that delivers in our area has been helpful and the most polite guy. I am sorry I did not catch his name.
