WARNING the Walker Consumers CU is hot with COVID-19 just tested positive to follow up on yesterday’s review below. Consumers needs to close their lobby with sign covid on door , only drive through service, and make employees test and clean the office immediately. 100% sure I received COVID Fri Feb 14 there. Totally understandable the public infected your employee maybe now employees. If you are sick STAY HOME.
I am retired senior in the winter blizzard this credit union is the ONLY place I went to in the past week and a half only because I had to. I am hopeful you have a supply of COVID test kits there for your employees. This is NOT a joke you need to take this very very seriously as I am miserably sick here.
Yesterdays message to Consumers CU, and note I was not impressed with Consumers response, kind of flippant…
The lady there had a bad cold going and took us into a small office and hacked on me now I have her bad cold. Stay home if sick or wear a face mask . Also she did not know what she was doing and kept going out to talk to some other lady which seems to be the norm in these Consumers cu.
Anyway their “system” could not do basic functions to properly transfer funds. This is not the first time. My recommendation goto Lake Mi CU they are good and don’t play the interest rate games that this place does

Great customer service! I’m a member of CCU but deal with the another office about 1 hour away. I was in GR for a business transaction. Sarah listened to my situation and helped me with a solution to fulfill the business need.

Friendly, professional, upfront with all details. No problems when I asked for my paperwork in hard copy instead of accessing things online & signing electronically. My previous credit union experience was with LMCU on several different issues and no 2 employees gave same info.
