This Culvers was great. Came here with my grandfather a lot after he picked me up from school.

Everything was good and service was very good but I like Freddy's better. Culver's chili was kind of sour and had too many beans and the beans were too big. Their fries were not that hot. The coleslaw and chicken noodle soup were average good too. Food was not hot ): the cashier was very nice.

The staff literally have zero clue on what they are doing. Taking someone's order is one of the easiest thing on the planet! I worked at a Culver's for 2 years so I understand the simplicity of it. Asked for a double cheeseburger with everything NO ketchup NO mayo. There is a button on the system that says "everything" and another button that says "no" on it. To ring that up all they needed to do was press Everything NO ketchup, NO mayo. The person ended up ringing that up incorrectly and my burger came with the things that I had specifically asked not to put on there...These people need to be properly trained on how to use the system and figure out the menu. Someone asked for tarter sauce next to me before I ordered and the worker had no idea what that was....uhhhhh excuse me? This location makes your blood pressure go through the roof. Save yourself some time and irritation and pass this location and go to the one on 28th street by the car dealership...yikes

If your tired of Wendy's, burger trash and mc dodo and run of the mill burger spots then guess what. There's more! Except Culver's burgers are pretty good though.. no cap.. and I get mine with tatertots just to be different. Meat tastes fresh, milk shakes and ice cream are top 10 for sure. They make their own ice cream so that's a . Their selection of drinks is trash though. I feel like I'm picking non name brand at the dollar store when it comes to the drinks. Lol might as well have rc cola up there or Mr pibb or something. I've been several times and they make your food fresh which is what I love with them. If you undecided and don't wanna chop off your right arm for 5 guys but want a good reasonably priced burger. Definitely give them a shot.

I paid for 3 burgers but I only got 2 burgers so I lost $5. That pissed me off and they should double check.

Service at this consistently gets worse and worse. Ever since changed owners has gone downhill. Wait times are ridiculously long. Food quality has decreased. Employees do not care and move at a snails pace regardless of how many orders are piling up. Orders are cleared off the boards without being served just to make times look good. Honestly there is not one redeeming part of this store. Culver's in general is good food. But not at this store.

This place is grossly inefficient. It's fast food served slow. They seem understaffed. Great burger but if you come here expect to wait 15-30 minutes for your food. Also make sure to check your burger before you leave...they have messed up my order plenty of times.

They've always had our order correct and have friendly timely service! We love the multitude of flavors. Culver's is always predictably delicious.

Are used to love culvers for multiple reasons: the burgers, the chicken tenders, the cod, the shrimp. I've tried three times to get jalapeños on my butter burger and today I found out that as a policy they won't be having jalapeños available. It's 2021, even an Grand Rapids. There goes one star. Then the chicken tenders have shrunk almost to the size of McDonald's chicken nuggets. How are you even supposed to get full off of two of them? Do me a favor & ask for the jalapeños.

ok i go to Culver’s every other day. seriously. from word go they have been on point their food has been delectable and their drinks ice cream all of it. fantastic! last couple of times I’ve been there though there’s been some mess ups. today we went and the order did not have a pretzel bites or chocolate malt on it but to be fair we were not charged for it. obviously this was disappointing and we did not have time to go back through the lane. But I think the most disappoint

I've never written a review before--but this experience was worth reviewing. My boyfriend and I visited this Culver's at 6:25pm. I stayed in the car with my 10 week old puppy while he ran inside for carry out. Altogether, we ordered one 4 piece nugget meal. 30 minutes after ordering, he still hadn't received our order. After kindly asking the manager for an update, the manager called back to the kitchen to get the 4pc nugget meal up, and my boyfriend was able to escape after a 40 minute wait. I don't know about you, but that's not fast food to me. He was compensated with a free meal box coupon, but it's only valid at the same location, and he doesn't even live in Grand Rapids. I work in the restaurant industry and I'm not one to get impatient with fellow restaurant workers, but 40 minutes for a single 4pc nugget and small French fry was extremely frustrating and a big oopsie must have happened along the line somewhere for that to happen. In my experience, this location runs quite slow compared to others and if I were you, I'd drive the extra two minutes for the significantly busier and significantly faster Chick-fil-A. Don't waste your time unless you're really craving a concrete mixer.

This Culver's consistently delivers excellent food in a timely manner. While the line might be long most of the time and you may have to wait a few minutes afterword, it has always been worth it! The food, ice cream, drinks, staff, and just overall just excellent. I have come by many time and I highly recommend it.
